It'd also be good if we could get as many pages out of it as the Maynard or Davids threads. Anyway, Moose's Chelsea source still thinks there's something in this one....

It's been reported multiple times that personal terms are not an issue and it's only the clubs agreeing a fee that is preventing this. The fact that they've signed a striker i think will see us complete a deal on the final day of the window.

No but an extra player in that position may mean they are more willing to do business. If we went back in now with an extra £1million on the transfer fee I'd imagine, now with Castillo on board, they'd be in a better position to at least listen to us. If we can thrash out a deal with Mainz - which, like Brighton/Ulloa, appears to be the major stumbling block - then I think we can pull this off because, as a poster already mentioned, personal terms shouldn't be a problem.
