Stevosevic Posted 29 January 2015 Share Posted 29 January 2015 http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/transfers/leicester-city-transfer-news-foxes-set-to-sign-robert-huth-on-loan-until-end-of-the-season-10011875.html Meanwhile the Foxes remain interested in signing Mainz striker Shinji Okazaki - despite the Bundesliga club's inflated asking price. The Japanese international has scored 41 goals for his country and would set the Foxes back at least £10m if a deal is to be completed this month. Nigel Pearson has already completed a club-record £9.5m swoop for Andrej Kramaric but is reportedly keen to add further firepower to his misfiring strike force. The 28-year-old picked up a thigh strain during the Asia Cup defeat to United Arab Emirates last week but should be able to complete a medical should the two clubs agree a fee. Nick Posted 29 January 2015 Share Posted 29 January 2015 His manager is still talking up taking him on the bus to the next away game despite his thigh strain and stating that the new signing is only cover to add options and depth to the squad........... He's certainly talking a good game rather than even addressing that there may be a possibility of losing him to the Premiership.......
Renart Posted 29 January 2015 Share Posted 29 January 2015 Now that they have got a replacement, do you think he will sign? I have heard that this was what was holding the deal back. Anybody?
Rushden fox Posted 30 January 2015 Share Posted 30 January 2015 Not a clue... But...who does these days. We're looking at more strikers must be code for "we're getting a much needed left back"
Finn Claw II Posted 31 January 2015 Share Posted 31 January 2015 If Wood is still at the club after the deadline I will teabag a crocodile. Just to clarify who is the teabagger and who is the teabagee? Either way round is limited fun.

Craig Posted 1 February 2015 Share Posted 1 February 2015 I don’t rate myself that highly as a player, so I think the team will be fine with just the other forwards.
RizLCFC Posted 1 February 2015 Share Posted 1 February 2015 Basically saying, I want to leave, I'm your best striker, please let me go, you don't need to sign a replacement.

st albans fox Posted 1 February 2015 Share Posted 1 February 2015 bit confused - we cant fit our top scorer and 9 mill signing into the same side so why buy another forward ??? we should change to rugby league - we can field 13 and that allows for two wingers, two holding midfielders and two strikers ! lgfualol Posted 1 February 2015 Share Posted 1 February 2015 Dont want another striker. Unless he is 10ft and can jump like a basketball player when his only service is 50ft hoofs.
Callabinho Posted 1 February 2015 Share Posted 1 February 2015 Kingy will be here until the end of his career. Loves the club. Deserves more respect than he gets. I don't think Nigel lets him flourish, he was fantastic under Sven, he's wasted under Nige I think.

Guest Posted 1 February 2015 Share Posted 1 February 2015 If he's better than Ulloa then sign him. I'd like to think we're likely to score at least a goal every match. At the moment I'm worried that we can't score a goal every other match.

muzzy1981 Posted 1 February 2015 Share Posted 1 February 2015 Buying more strikers will not solve the midfield issue. Agreed. Yes a striker would be good but a defensive, attacking midfielder and LB are higher on the list
MPH Posted 1 February 2015 Share Posted 1 February 2015 Agreed. Yes a striker would be good but a defensive, attacking midfielder and LB are higher on the list If we strengthen all the other areas AND get this chap in, we'd have to be knocking on the FFP door, surely? CosbehFox Posted 2 February 2015 Share Posted 2 February 2015 If anyone's bothered, Bundesliga at noon realises a list of players who maybe transferred. If he's not on that list, he's not going anywhere. They simply won't process the paperwork.
