I'd imagine the most likely scenario is each of the following being in his contract: - Standard buy out clause - Relegation Release Clause - Chelsea First Refusal *Possibly* It might be similar to Remy with a staggered buy-out clause depending on the buying club, but I can't see our owners or Nige being happy with something like that.

The OS tends to be painfully slow (or painfully cautious with regards to news).
