Stevosevic Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Pulis considering bid, John Percy the source "@John__Percy: Tony Pulis weighs up £5m bid for #lcfc striker Jamie Vardy + Nigel Pearson targets Shinji Okazaki #wba via @Telegraph http://t.co/4RgvAj4hoT"
tom27111 Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Percy is usually pretty accurate. But if we did get relegated, could we afford to lose Vardy as Kramaric and Okazaki would probably be looking for Premier League football.
StarFox Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 No way should we sell. Jamie Vardy is the only striker we have who can run behind the oppositions defence and stretch the game.
goose2010 Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Would probably take that to be honest maybe hold out for 7
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Can't believe that to be true. Like Vardy but hes struggling a little bit at this level so far. Never worth 5m
Devonfox1884 Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 If we got both Kramaric and Okazaki, I would consider it... Man U aside, he's offered little so far this season IMO... Though I'd definitely see Wood go before him. The pecking order would be something like: 1. Kramaric 2. Ulloa 3. Okazaki 4. Nugent 5. Vardy I doubt Vards would enjoy being 5th (4th at a push) choice.

Stevosevic Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 I'd want to keep him because it's a real possibility we will be in the championship next season.
LeicesterAreGoingUp Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Doubt Vardy would want to go there, Pulis has the nack of playing strikers as as wide men ....
CosbehFox Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Won't get a better offer for him, sell if we get another striker in.
Manwell Pablo Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 I'd want to keep him because it's a real possibility we will be in the championship next season. That for me depends on what clauses or expectations Kramaric has, he surely must be prepared for the possibility of a season in the Championship if you ask me.
Kitchandro Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Hmmm. Despite his goalscoring record Vardy offers us something no other player in the squad does. £5m is a lot of money but if we're happy to spend potentially £15m plus in doesn't sound like we need it.
Devonfox1884 Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 On second thoughts, I have a home shirt with his name on the back... Keep.
Stevosevic Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 That for me depends on what clauses or expectations Kramaric has, he surely must be prepared for the possibility of a season in the Championship if you ask me. I'd be amazed if he was with us next year if we get relegated.
Lionator Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 Love the guy to pieces but £5 million is a simple decision. Cash in.
lgfualol Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 As much as I love Vardy. He doesn't look 5m, and I don't think we'd ever get the opportunity to sell him for that much again. £5m would be good for us.
matty98 Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 not worth it, vardy will work hard over the summer and he'll be genuine premier league quality next season
LCFC FOX Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 £5million I'm not sure, I don't want him signing for west Brom. Vardy isn't doing great at the minute but if he can find form like the Manchester United game he's worth more. I'm hoping it's taking him a season to adjust and then next season he takes the premier league by storm. He's just one of them players I don't want to see go.
peach0000 Posted 10 January 2015 Posted 10 January 2015 That is probably his worth but i would hold out for more as thats the way these deals seem to go
