purpleronnie Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Today was pretty good, I doubt any of the teams near the bottom will get a result at OT, and they all lost today too. Plus we won the 2nd half you northern feckers!!!
The Horse's Mouth Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Everyone around us did pretty badly, so nothing lost nothing gained
BigWesMorgan Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Wasilewski MOTM. Legend. King, Drinkwater, Simpson, Ulloa, Morgan all pretty bad.
Itsthejoeker Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Who genuinely thought we were going to get anything out of this?
justfoxes Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Maybe PEARSON will see Allbrighton does make a difference he has to start against palace ! Still wonder why he started Vardy ahead of Allbrighton?? I'm not a big fan of sacking angers but how long will the owners put up with poor performances but then again who would you bring in to replace him does he need replacing is he still keeping faith in some players who just aren't good enough for this league and then again will he sign someone which will make a difference before the close of the transfer window !! Ooh the ups and downs of being a Leicester City fan !
GeorgeTheFox Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Blah blah... Pearson tactically inept... blah blah... Why can't we beat a team 3rd in the premier league... disgrace
lgfualol Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Could have been a lot worse, I thought we would get destroyed. So pleased for Wasyl. Frustrated for the strikers that have no service, and for Albrighton that hasn't done anything wrong and doesn't start. Wonder who will play against Palace..
CosbehFox Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 It went how we all expected (in fact I expected a lot worse). That goal might end up very useful. For confidence and goal difference. Results went our way too. Just seen Forest's result!
weller54 Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 So lucky that ALL the other results went our way today.... Palace next week... How huge is that???
LanguedocFox Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Apart from Albrighton starting instead of Vardy and Cambiasso instead of King, I think the team selection was not too bad. And we did much better than the nay-sayers are claiming
Crinklyfox Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Positives: It could have been a rout but it wasn't Wasyl scored We looked better able to cope in the second half Negatives Midfield was overrun first half Couldn't keep the ball enough Outclassed We can play better than that
MPH Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 First goal was offside 2nd one goalie mistake and third an own goal. In refection it could if been worse. Why oh why did he start with Swarzer.
m4DD0gg Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Granted the level of opposition and playing at OT was always going to be a huge factor today and its a huge relief about the teams around us doing equally as poorly as us. However if we persist in the shite selection of Vardy on the wing and the midfield pairing next week then it will be game over.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 The only positive from today is that we have Man U at Old Trafford out of the way and we haven't lost any ground on 17th. That has to be seen as a success. The score for this may have only been 3-1 but lets not kid ourselves, United played the second half with the cigars out. Their job was done in the first half. Another piss poor performance slightly papered over by the fact we scored a goal long after united stopped caring as the game was done and dusted.
Unabomber Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Not bad seeing as QPR and Burnley lost by 2 goals and Hull lost by 3 and we had by far the hardest game. Also the legend scored, also we beat Man U once already.
Guest Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 no more than we could've hoped for. Wasyl had a good game. Schwarzer was decent. Albrighton, Nuge and Camby did well when coming on. Simpson particularly poor. Not a big deal.
Webbo Posted 31 January 2015 Author Posted 31 January 2015 It'd would be easy to say the team that finished should have been the one that started. It certainly looked that way, Kramaric, Vardy and Ulloa did nothing. But tbf Man U were in 3rd gear in the second half, any team we could have played would have been ecstatic with a point.
Devonfox1884 Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 Let's take the positives out of that second-half performance. Was = legend. Fans sounded good from the stream aswell towards the end. It wasn't the thrashing I feared it to be at half-time. Onto palace next week...
bellind Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 2 days left to have a clear out. Then start building for the Championship
Guest Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 So lucky that ALL the other results went our way today.... Palace next week... How huge is that??? It's not lucky that the better teams beat the weaker teams. This is a league of two halves.
Manwell Pablo Posted 31 January 2015 Posted 31 January 2015 First goal was offside 2nd one goalie mistake and third an own goal. In refection it could if been worse. Why oh why did he start with Swarzer. Not hamers biggest fan but 42 is a very old age to be keeping goal in the premier league. It is puzzling.
