ARRRRGGHHHH

The club aren't speaking to me and the BBC are not sending anyone else for reasons of free speech. You utter utter tool.

We deserved nothing more than a point from the Burnley game.

We are far from shite, I accept. I'm just hugely disappointed, especially after games like tonight. I'll continue to cling on to that glimmer of hope til we're mathematically down.

Nah we dicked them first half and could have scored more. One silly mistake yet again cost us.

I'm trying to stay optimistic but the Palace game convinced me to stop dreaming.

Disappointed after that. More than matched Arsenal but yet more defensive mistakes and poor finishing cost us, especially Mahrez, did he even get a shot on target?

Looked like a team more than capable of staying up though and feel we might just sneak it! :chant:

Dont worry lads, this was just a warm up game , for the run in.

Now we turn it around.Pearson has now found his team...We win 7 games from here, shocking the football world...

then you are invited to my wake after I kip over from shock.

Thats the first time in a long time where our starting 11, tactics and performance resembled Premiership quality.

Wont talk about the what ifs and could have beens. Tonight they absolutely did us proud.

This isn't over yet folks.

I actually think with our backs to the wall now we could pull this off.

All home games are winnable bar Chelsea and possibly Southampton.  Some of them feature teams that shouldn't have too much to play for - I'm thinking Newcastle, Swansea, West Ham.

Our away games are also kind to us as soon as we've got Man City out of the way.  The pressure will be on the teams above us to perform, this will suit us imo.

We're Leicester City, we do things the hard way.

They dicked us second half.

Long time ago that, though. I was still on a fvcking beach in Turkey, contemplating how much I was going to enjoy the season.

I was coming out the ground not that arsed that we'd conceded a last minute goal as we'd be fine this year  :(

Am I missing something?

I saw the starting line-up and immediately thought, "why the hell are Morgan and Schwarzer playing?".  In Hamer we have a keeper who did nothing to merit being dropped and in Morgan we have a player who has proved to be completely inept at this level.

Then I watched the full 90 mins and I saw us lose 2-1.  But from reading most posts on here I must have missed something because from all the plaudits and pride being displayed surely we must have won, or at least drawn.  Or maybe we lost but the Premier League will give us bonus points because Theo Walcott was so impressed by us.

Kramaric looked absolutely class tonight though

Makes his exclusion on Saturday all the more baffling, especially as it showed he could play that lone striker role.

groundhog day... competitive but unable to maintain concentration for the full 90.  Lost our heads at crucial times in front of our goal and Arsenal's goal and paid the price. Again.

There or thereabouts but needs a psychologist or something. Nothing fatal, but unfortunately no reason to believe Pearson has any clue how to sort it out .

Man like Theo after a very very cheeky loan bid from us?

yeah true that or maybe he read the fa cup thread when i said i loved him that time and he just thought he'd give some love back

Look fwd to watching the game tonight when I get home from work. Disappointing loss but sounds as though we had a go right to the end. For the doom and gloom on here, we have 13 matches to look forward to where we possibly take this form today and see a run of wins.

I'm still optimistic regardless of how the table looks today.

That was so close to be something so beautiful I almost want to cry, but once again we brought it on ourselves.

Don't know if was just me but Pearson/Vichai both looked glum enough to suggest this game might have been Pearson's last chance. Though I would say it's a test he has passed despite the loss if that is the case.

Before the game they were chatting happily between themselves. Had a little laugh when it was 0-0 too. Not the sort of behaviour I'd expect to see if both new it was Pearson's last chance. Expect him to lead the team on Sunday as usual.

Dno if anyones just heard Wengers post-match but he basically said its a joke were bottom and that if the boo-boys stop wanking over pictures of Sven and/or Pulis and get behind Pearson we'll stay up comfortably.

Thought Konchesky was brilliant tonight, and i'm one of his biggest critics.

5-4-1, your in a no lose situation as a full back really. Him and Simpson made the most of it.

Definitely benefitted from having 3 centre backs. In a 3 he's perfectly fine, in a 4 not so much.
