Arsenal 2-1 Leicester post match thread

So so frustrating.  So many matches this season where we could have got so much more.

Part of me thinks our disgusting fortune HAS to change sometime, but then the other part of me thinks we are just going to be 'that team' this season.

Despite all that though, cracking effort from the chaps tonight

Some hope we can restore some pride this season.

Arsenal thought it was over at half time, and took the foot of the pedal, and credit to city, had a go second half, and arsenal struggled to get going again.

Never expected anything from this game, but these errors are making it impossible to get results, the same culprits week after week, Pearson needs to drop Morgan.

I just wish we could play like the second half against teams like palace, and maybe we could start getting results

Play like that and we wont be relegated (if we take our chances)

We've been saying that all season though.

Where do these players go when we play a Palace or a Stoke? They don't play like their motivated for those games.

Tired of this. There's only so long I can give them credit for losing gallantly against better sides. Defending like utter 'tards is making us lose games.

I'm not going to care about the general performance when we're relegated because Pearson keeps picking Morgan amongst other selection shockers.

And Kramaric's performance tonight makes it look even more stupid he was on the bench on Saturday.

It's weird to be frustrated after a 2-1 defeat at Arsenal, but we should've snatched a point.

Completely sums our season up; great play but ultimately individual errors and lack of finishing cost us.

****ing story of our season. I really wish we were shit. I wish the players couldn't string a pass together and we thoroughly deserved to go down. Pisses me off the amount of points we would have if we could translate performances into points. Absolute joke.

The reason we are in this mess is that for nearly 3 months that was the case.

To be fair we have a good back bone of a team if anything is to go on this evening, Huth, Cambiasso, Mahrez and Kram......wonder what might have been if we had that from Day 1 of the season.

Playing well and losing is the story of the season and is the most gutting thing of all.

Don't want us to get relegated but will be nice to actually feel good about football for once. All it's been bringing me for months is sadness, anger, frustration and at times genuine depression.

First half faltered by Morgan - he was a shambles all over tbh, drop him for, Huth + Wasyl worked fell

Second half, we made a very good improvement on our play, I thought Esteban Cambiasso was outstanding throughout, some amazing forward passes, Canadian's didn't have a clue and thought they were 'hit and hopes,' perfect.

Glad Kramaric got a goal, should of had a few and Mahrez was absolutely amazing.

We OUTPLAYED Arsenal when most expected a battering, they were ****ing scared in the last 15 mins.

Well done lads, IN Pearson we trust.

Sounds like we played well but the gap between us and the rest grows bigger. Hopefully this performance spurs us on to an amazing run and hopefully out of the bottom.

Kram the man with his first goal. Hopefully more to come.

it's almost more upsetting consistently playing pretty well, especially going to places like anfield and the emirates and being comfortably the better side and still being bottom.

if we'd done a derby or something you'd just go yeah fair play we aren't good enough to even pretend to be in this league. but then we do bits like this where we really are. frustration all over.

I think it will be too little too late for us unfortunately. Can't see us getting any more than a point from the next 4 and by then the teams around us could have pushed on. Hull and QPR both with wins tonight.

Wes Morgan proving again to be the weakest link, an excellent Championship defender but I'm afraid he is just to slow for the Prem and its costing us big time, as much as I like the man he needs to be replaced asap..

We played some great stuff at times, Kram did well with what he had until the glaring miss in the second half which he should have put his foot through, but overall he played well and scored a great goal proving he will cut it in Prem, Marhez was class once again and was unfortuante not to take his two chances should have put at least one away.

Again with came away with nothing after playing some great football against a top side, if we go down we must be the unluckiest team ever we don't deserve to be relegated at all, although Wes Morgan isn't helping the cause.

Pearson in!

Before I get stick I've got to say I think Morgan is struggling at this level, a great player for us in the championship but that's about his level. I think we've got to look at potential dropping Morgan I'm afraid.  :(
