Arsenal 2-1 Leicester post match thread

Just my opinion but it wasn't in anyway the game for Ulloa, especially given the way we were playing with such fluidity causing Arsenal problems.

Agreed - Ulloa has a place in this side, he's a good finisher but he's not one for fluid build up play, which is what was taking arsenal apart.

Good game. Made arsenal look ordinary second half. Schwarzer distribution great which helped our possession (even got Giroud a yellow!).

Agree, Nuge should have come on for Ulloa who can't seem to control the ball at the mo.

Pearson in.

We're down lads.

Very proud of them tonight but it's going to take a lot to get out of this mess

We are still only 4 points from safety with 42 points to play for - I don't think we're down yet.

Grow some balls.

The reason we are in this mess is that for nearly 3 months that was the case.

Yep that's probably true but not getting more points out of all these games where our performance should have been enough and we'd be well out of this mess..

Arsenal

Palace

Liverpool

Spurs

Arguably could have got a point at home to either City or Liverpool

West Brom

Burnley

Excellent effort in the second half.

We need to play like that for 90 mins in every match from now on if we are to have any chance at all of staying up.

Our problem is the better sides like to play a more open game which suits us but  the so-called lesser sides play much more defensively and we just don't have the craft to seem to be able to break them down.

Just out of interest how many yellows has Wasyl now got?

Girouds yellow was farcical.  Ref had a mare with that decision

If we play like that every game for the rest of the season, we stay up, and will get a trip to Wembley in the cup if we get a good draw.

This is a real test for Nige. Can he keep the same starting XI and keep them playing like that?

If Kram would have blasted that last chance low and fu**ing hard.......

Brilliant effort......

Bad results going against us.....

We deserve some luck.....

Caught the last 30 on a stream

Ironically, we were worse when we brought attackers on (take note Nige - we need the ball to create chances)

Did we really play a high line first half? Didn't in the second but the radio said we were during the first half! Would like to know as that would have been a strange call at the emirates.

NP looked odd at the end. perhaps it's all been organised ?

He stepped across Schwartzer to waste time, absolutely deserved.

Once again it seems like we played with spirit, with some quality until the final third, again we'll be told we played well and wondering why we are bottom. Yet our position has worsened, we look like an honest side who are lacking in key areas too often.

Shame.

Kramaric was absolutely outstanding, people are talking about the dink, but the low shot drew an incredible save from Ospina.

Whoever you want in charge, the lads cannot give any more than that. Outstanding

We deserved nothing more than a point from the Burnley game.

We are far from shite, I accept. I'm just hugely disappointed, especially after games like tonight. I'll continue to cling on to that glimmer of hope til we're mathematically down.

Ulloa's fouls didn't help us get any sort of rhythm, but we needed to take the gamble.

Brilliant performance tonight aside from a few errors.

Watching Mahrez, Cambi and Kram play together was dreamy. The lads are clearly 100% behind Pearson.

Before I get stick I've got to say I think Morgan is struggling at this level, a great player for us in the championship but that's about his level. I think we've got to look at potential dropping Morgan I'm afraid.  :(

Think you'll be alright mate.
