Aeropars Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 The fact that people think we can get out of this even without villa winning amaze me. No evidence of that happening at all.
Ozwin Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 If we beat City the title race is essentially over. Big pressure on them, if we are still in it at 60 minutes or so the fans might start to turn on them. I'm weirdly optimistic.
whoareyaaa Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 Was and Huth need to start at the back if he picks Morgan I will be pissed
red5 Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 It's irrelivant if the villa score line stays as is. Think different? Your a 'tard I've just been watching eastenders.
Callabinho Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 Any other side would turn up and pull a shock out of the bag, us.....we will turn up, huff and puff for 90 minutes and eventually get beaten 2-0, two Morgan assists and Aguero goals.
TonyN11 Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 We have a chance tomorrow but will need a minimum of 2 goals. Need to go at them from the start. Suggested team: Schmeichel Morgan Huth Upson De Laet Cambiasso James Schlupp Mahrez Kramaric Nugent
Jobyfox Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 Yeah I'd be happy with your line-up (but not Pearson's!). We’ve picked up 18 points all season and 13 of those have been in the few games that Hammond has started. Not a coincidence. It is a tall order, but games like this would be great for getting the players used to a system that could work for the rest of the season. The five man defence isn’t a long-term solution. It worked fairly well against Arsenal, and that’s where it should have ended. I’ve been banging on about a 451 all season, but I wonder if there just aren’t enough games for the players to get used to it now. 13/18 when Hammond was a starter. How many of the 18 when Nugent was a starter?
cjslcfc Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 Just keep Goater quiet and we'll be fine. I think if they played him now he would still score against our defence.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 I think if they played him now he would still score against our defence. You're probably right. To be honest I've given up on our defence now. I'd back you to score against our defence and really, I have no idea whether you're male or female, how old you are, what your physical condition is like, whether you've even played football before. You're just three random letters with LCFC on the end and still if Man City put a cross in, I'd think, that random collection of letters is going to score here. It's a sad state of affairs and no mistake.

It's a sad state of affairs and no mistake. I'm a decent footballer so I'd back myself to get on the end of a Man City cross. But you've summed it up very well. Exactly how I feel about our defence. I go and watch Scunthorpe quite regularly and they've kept two clean sheets all season. I've not really seen much good defending this season, let's just say that.

SIA when I've got more confidence in the footballing ability of someone on an internet messageboard than my own club's £30,000-a-week players. If you say you're a decent footballer, I believe you. Some of our lot, I know otherwise.
adam Posted 3 March 2015 Posted 3 March 2015 May as well say it now: Cant believe Hamer is still on the bench How is Wes Morgan still playing when was is on the bench Nugent for Mahrez,,, bizarre.
Merging Cultures Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 We seem to be a bit more direct than with Nuge than Mahrez. Either would work.
shailen Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 If man city play well, we won't be able to get anything I feel. We need to press them high up the pitch and try force mistakes. Their back two have been especially liablie, so we definitely need to take the game to them.
Callabinho Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 Some of us believe we could actually get something when we have to rely on Morgan and Schwarzer to halt Aguero? It will be like a slaughter house out there.
justfoxes Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 I recon a tight game and it'll be a cheeky 1-0 win, we're rested so we have no complaints about fatigue like man city so if we go for it and hopefully man city are a bit battle tired from the weekend we could pop up with that win. It all depends now on Nigel's team choice and formation and let's hope Kram can keep up his scoring and knock in the winner for us,because now the Vile won last night it's put a bit more pressure on us to play for all 3 points yes we're only 4 points behind the 2 above and 6 points from safety so this is a must win game for us! COME ON LEICESTER LETS GET THIS MOMENTUM GOING AND START THE CLIMB TO THR GREAT ESCAPE !! Optimism is a great thing but I won't give in till the calculator tells us !! Onwards and upwards
Jon the Hat Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 I had a dream that we won 2-1, and then on the way in to work this morning I saw a fox, and it stared at me. Its on. Might even place a bet.

If this happens, I'll declare you my guru and believe everything you say about the Tories. If a fox also runs onto the pitch and stares at Nugent, I'll proclaim you a deity and worship you like the South Sea Islanders with Prince Philip.
Matt Posted 4 March 2015 Posted 4 March 2015 Man City 6-0 Leicester. That "we ain't been hammered" cliche will be no more after tonight.

I think I have it in me to lead a cult group of likeminded young ladies people.
