Burnley v Leicester Post Match Thread 0 - 1

Dyche and Burnley are so petty and pathetic. Instead of moaning whinging crying about made up fantasies, just admit youre not good enough and get on with it. Vardy gets fouled a lot, didnt dive once today, not his fault defenders cant cope with his pace/tenacity. Coming across really sour and Danny Ings cry baby attitude summed them up today

Just wondered, is 4 consecutive wins for a newly promoted PL side a record (at any stage of the season)?

It's pretty incredible really. Can't imagine Watford, Bournemouth etc. coming up and winning 4 on the spin.

Amazing achievement in the grand scheme of things.

Cheating

Am I the only one who notices this? Every single game it seems the level of cheating surpasses me. The latest being the time wasting of two defenders on the floor feigning injury, jeez the referee didn't even get one to leave the pitch, let alone both.

Then you have morgan pushing and shoving the entire game, ulloa and vardy diving like they are running on ice and cambiasso abusing the referee.

Leicester were a disgrace and won't be the first team to be this season. Likewise the referees are a disgrace for not clocking on to this and at least having fair treatment to a team who is honest in comparison. We knew they were going to come here and cheat, they do every time we play them and they even had 17 penalties in the season before. Why don't the referees do their research and realise what they are up to?

Why do we get punished for following rules? Surely the referees would favour us, as we aren't trying all the time to fool them into wrong decisions.

Most will argue we are not good enough, but in my opinion there is no shame in losing to cheaters, which we have done many times this season.

It makes me wonder why I continue to follow football when I see this time and time again, does anyone else feel the same?

Deary me... Never has a fan base mirrored their manager so much.

Banging on about Morgan pushing and shoving?? Mee had the wind up his ass all game, by far the most aggressive player on the park. And anyone who uses the word 'cheaters' has to be about 8 years old.

I sat behind Dyche today. Never seen a manager in the fourth officials ear so much. He would not shut up moaning. Pearson on the other hand, didn't speak to the fourth official once

No wonder Wasyl looks a bit crazy, Kasper has just done him in a game of rock, paper, scissors.

Probably the best post-match analysis I've ever witnessed in decades of loving football. :D

I seem to record that I made you laugh once before.

Such an important victory, this will shut up all those pundits that back in February were saying Leicester were already down. With the Chelsea game coming up the guys can just relax for now, of course we're still not safe, but anything we get out of this game will be a bonus.

Didn't go to today, unable to get a ticket. So went to watch Chesterfield v Bristol City, I almost jumped in the air in the middle of the stand when I heard my dad call me and said Leicester had scored.

Just watching it on Match Of Day, what a game Kasper had!

kasper's save from huth's touch is ridiculous. unbelievable.

Did ridiculously well to get it safe as well. He got it safe, Heaton didn't. Fine margins again but a testament to his shot stopping.

yeah everything about it was superb and barely even physically possible haha. to be going one way, then stretch the other and like you say manage to twat the ball to about 12 yards out over their striker is incredible reactions and strength.

don't wanna start the old debates again but would schwarzer have done that?! he'd have still been trying to go left for the original shot before the ball was past him and we're going down lol

Sometimes in a run in you have to play badly and win. Two complete contrast the last two games but same result. 3 points. Chelsea game to show the lads what they are fighting for and Newcastle next Saturday. Which, if we approach in the same vein as the Swansea game we will smash them to bits.

Today's performance was simply a job done and I love them for it!

Nigel is on route to being the greatest ever leicester manager.

Again, I had my doubts when we went through that spell, I didn't think he could cut it in the premiership. Oh, how he has proved us all wrong!!

If we stay up this season, next season will be a great season for us leicester fans.

The players will have a seasons experience, we can add some more quality, Kramaric will have a pre season with us (he shows moments of magic every time he's on the ball pretty much) and Pearson & the owners will push us to places we have never been before I believe.

Our owners obviously care about the club, they enjoy the game and seem to be quite slick in how they have operated these past few games with the little gestures to the fans!

Come on leicester!!!

Konchesky was a solid 7/10 apart from the penalty incident (which does cloud his performance, yes) but to say he was terrible is stupidly harsh, seeing as he's been part of a solid defensive unit today. Would prefer Schlupp in but think Konch did well defensively. People/fans seem to enjoy critiscising some players and he is definitely one of them.

He is a total liability and I don't like saying that as he was a brilliant player when he joined us 4 years ago.

King was fantastic and looked to have added a bit of steel to his game.

Kasper was immense and showed he really is Premiership quality.

Fantastic result from the lads and another great performance from the fans yesterday.
