Carl the Llama Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Damn, we're not even a quarter way through the season. Sunderland will almost definitely survive now.
Floridafox Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Sunderland get Allardyce, shame wasn't Warnock or Dowie. Although Pearson would've have been better for them. Big Sam's got nothing really to prove unlike Nigel. Guaranteed home win for them now v Newcastle in 2 weeks. Both Liverpool and S'land have made upgrades with their new managers. McClaren must be getting worried
Sir Shep Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 As much as I admire Clipperty Klopp, I'm not keen on Liverfool at all and their victim deluded fans. As for Sunderland, well big Sam will probably keep them safe then get sacked after he didn't get them into Europe.
Corky Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Same old names being appointed. Or does that only apply to foreign managers who haven't been here for 10 years?
Wymsey Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Curbishley being linked with Villa if Sherwood goes apparently.
Guest Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 In fairness Beagrie is clueless, it's not rude if it's true. Of course it can be rude even if it's true. I've been banned from here for saying things that are true.
Guest Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Dafoe will probably be selected for the Euros ahead of Jamie now.
smudger63 Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Same old names being appointed. Or does that only apply to foreign managers who haven't been here for 10 years? Yep i bet Lineker doesn`t tweet that Big Sams appointment is uninspiring!
smudger63 Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Curbishley being linked with Villa if Sherwood goes apparently. Would be very surprised if they appointed Curbishley, he`s been out of management for a quite a while now. Having said that, they appointed Sherwood, which was a car crash waiting to happen!
johnny the fox Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Fat Sams grand slam at the makem's .......first ever example of a rat jumping on a sinking ship...
The Horse's Mouth Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Curbishley being linked with Villa if Sherwood goes apparently. yeah along with the 820 other jobs he's been getting
Guest ttfn Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Same old names being appointed. Or does that only apply to foreign managers who haven't been here for 10 years? Lineker really dropped the ball on that one. Think this is a bridge too far for Big Sam.
Guest Col city fan Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Lineker really dropped the ball on that one. Think this is a bridge too far for Big Sam. I agree. God knows who does the management recruitment at Sunderland? They get it wrong time after time after time. Big Sam might keep em up...then what? Nothing I suspect.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 I agree. God knows who does the management recruitment at Sunderland? They get it wrong time after time after time. Big Sam might keep em up...then what? Nothing I suspect. Just like every manager since they got back in the Prem, Big Sam will keep them up and be sacked a few games in the following season
Wymsey Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Hope Middlesbrough go up, and Sunderland go down and stay with Derby & Forest for a while.
jammie82uk Posted 9 October 2015 Posted 9 October 2015 Just seen this about season ticket sales in the premier league http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/10021170/premier-league-ticket-prices-revealed-season-ticket-holders-spend-1633250-per-game I thought season ticket sales was limited to a certain amount of your capacity ours is arround 23,000 according to the club 73% capacity If that's correct then how have Norwich got away with selling 22,000 season tickets in a 27,000 capacity stadium 81% capacity It seems most teams are around our mark and Norwich seems such an anomaly

MC Prussian Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Following defeat with Argentina in Ecuador, Sergio Agüero will miss about a month of Premier League action due to a hamstring injury. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/34492940

foxfanazer Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 In some ways I can't wait to see Sherwood sacked but it'd be even better to see Villa relegated. #intimwetrust
Guest Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 In some ways I can't wait to see Sherwood sacked but it'd be even better to see Villa relegated. #intimwetrust Agreed, hopefully they don't sack him until he's taken them down.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Is Aguero made of glass or something?
foxfanazer Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Is Aguero made of glass or something?I know. He's a nightmare to have in you fantasy team becasue he misses half of the season and still bags 25 goals
ScouseFox Posted 10 October 2015 Posted 10 October 2015 Is Aguero made of glass or something? gonna say no tbh bud
