Stevosevic Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Given up all hope on this. I think the managerial change has ruined our chances on this one unfortunately.
Corky Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Come on everybody, it's not Cambiasso FC, he's not bigger than the club.
chapero82 Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Come on everybody, it's not Cambiasso FC, he's not bigger than the club. I get fed up of hearing stuff like this, that maybe so but without players like him we will be back into the championship
Dan Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 I'd resigned myself to losing him a while back but I will be sick if we lose him to another Premier League club, unless it's a top club. Losing him to Stoke, West Ham, or worst of the lot, Villa, I would be sick.

chicagofox Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 I can't be the only one getting p!ssed off by this whole saga. We should give him a deadline by which to sign for us and if he doesn't we should move on. Last season we were not in a strong position to play hard-ball but the situation is different now. We need midfielders and we need to know if he is going to be part of our squad or not.
chicagofox Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 I get fed up of hearing stuff like this, that maybe so but without players like him we will be back into the championship I was largely under the impression from others on here that the sole and only reason we are not in the Championship is Nigel Pearson.
FoxyPalace.com Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Although we all know Esteban is a great player. Remember we did lose quite alot of games also when he was playing.
Guest Lcfc82 Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 He's not going to sign until he knows who the new manager is going to be. If NP hadn't been sacked I think he would of signed last week.

TMELcfc Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 He's still waiting for us to appoint someone... In my opinion. And I still doubt he'd sign for another English team but again that a guess based on how he's come across the past 9 months etc. I guess we carry on playing the waiting game.
SecretPro Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Pissed off to be honest. The bald one will go down in my estimates if he joins another prem club, I mean FFS Stoke? We could out achieve Stoke with the right manager, it's not like we havn't made decent signings. Same with West Ham? If Cambiasso wants to spend the end of his career playing mid-table unambitious football then fine, let him go.
jock2612 Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Just move on ! We need at least two CM asap.It was a huge risk changing manager at this stage but our owners are risking our prem league place at this rate.I am beginning to think they know nothing about football !!!
dannythefox Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 I'm hoping he's just waiting to see who the manager is

Guest kristianity77 Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Straight swap for N'Zonzi anyone? Straight swap of a player we dont own for N'Zonzi? I'd be amazed if we pulled that off.....
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Wouldn't make any sense if he went to a mid table team. We're aiming to be a mid table team this season. Would think if he didn't have his eye on silverware in another league then we'd be his preferred option. Can't see him staying though.
TheLittleBigMan Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 I'm losing the will to live with this. I honestly thought the bond between player and fans/club would be enough for him to re-sign, unless he had his heart set on managing back in Italy. The deathly silence is just too much! It surely must come down to the club sacking Pearson.

J.Lisemore Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 He moves to Stoke, Villa or any of that sh*t then he doesn't exist to me anymore.
TheSomersetFox Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 just because Cambiasso's been linked to these teams doesn't mean he fancies going at all get a grip. There's no way he'd move sideways from us, he just wouldn't.
Jace Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Anyone who is getting impatient about this just think back to last summer with him!
Bagworthblue Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Anyone who is getting impatient about this just think back to last summer with him! Agree but if he does stay, he is missing vital pre-season training and you'd think as a professional he'd train with us anyway. He missed pre-season last year and took time to get up to speed. There were real contractual complications last year. ah well - hopefully he'll be on the plane to Austria.
