sylofox Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Soon as we know our manager we will know if he is ours. Been told a player coach job is his. Had Nige been here he would have signed it. He is waiting for our new manager. He will be training with us later in the week the club has agreed he can.
HitchinFox Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 He moves to Stoke, Villa or any of that sh*t then he doesn't exist to me anymore. Don't worry - he won't. He won't play for any other club in the Prem.
sylofox Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Don't worry - he won't. He won't play for any other club in the Prem. He Will he has 2 good offers for 12 months. Our offer of coaching was more appealing while Nige was here. He is not sure now. Just what I have been told.
enmac Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Spot on- he is bound to wait to see who the manager is going to be. For all we know it might be Maradona,, who didn't pick him for the 2010 WC squad, after winning the CL Sent from my BNTV600 using Tapatalk

enmac Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 EC knows Ranieri. If CR is really interested in the job, there must have been contact and discussion re: coaching, role in team etc. between the 2. Stab in the dark, but maybe get CR then EC stays. Sent from my BNTV600 using Tapatalk
dayday Posted 8 July 2015 Posted 8 July 2015 If there is ever a time we need him to sign, then this is it. Our midfield simply isn't good enough without him and any new signings in that area will need time to settle.

les-tah Posted 8 July 2015 Posted 8 July 2015 Lets face it Esteban just cant be arsed for a long hard pre season so he will join up with the team in a few weeks and sign!
Bagworthblue Posted 8 July 2015 Posted 8 July 2015 there is one thing for sure, it is still a distinct possibility. If he had ruled us out, I am positive he would have advised us by now. He was quick to tell Wham he wasn't interested and I don't think he would want to keep us dangling if he had no intention of re-signing. Pretty sure, the right manager gets appointed, Cambiasso has a chat to see if he is wanted, get a feel for the new boss and then he signs .... or doesn't
Clever Fox Posted 8 July 2015 Posted 8 July 2015 Having Hiddink as father figure with Cambiaso as Coach/ Manager would be a good combination. Plenty of experience and people the players would respect and look up to. Equally as good would be Ranieri and Cambiaso especially as they have worked together before. Maybe there is light at the end of the Tunnel after all.

nnfox Posted 8 July 2015 Posted 8 July 2015 I think EC suffered with a dip in form during CR's time at Inter and he lost his place in the team. Not sure he would stay if Claudio came
Clever Fox Posted 8 July 2015 Posted 8 July 2015 Then Ranieri as Manager and him a player Coach seems a good fit. They now each other, He still gets to play and also Coaching experience.

Not sure he would stay if Claudio came Thanks for that - if so, then ranieri coming would not encourage him to sign If we can buy quality In midfield we shouldn't need him anyway . But most want him here for some continuity

MPH Posted 8 July 2015 Posted 8 July 2015 Must admit, its pretty aggrevating that the greatest player i personally have ever seen in a Leicester shirt had a chance of staying with us ... and its possible we might of messed it up....

But most want him here for some continuity That puts an end to that idea and Thought. i still hope he stays regardless of who is Manager. His footballing knowledge and experience is invaluable to us. When you think of it the most successful player in the history of the game has played for us and we got to see him play. I think he would be a big success as a Manager if not this season then a year or two.
