Time to reappoint Pearson

Recommended Posts

Enough is enough! I have not heard a single name who would represent an improvement on what we already had. Pearson has probably already realised that the owners' reactions to various situations, including the one involving his son, was perhaps understandable but they now have to realise their own over-reaction in dismissing him. Grow up boys, Leicester City will always be 'owned' by it's fans. Paying off the debts incurred by their 'Sven experiment' is all very well but the signs are that lessons haven't been learned and we could be heading down the same road again. Forget about stadium expansion plans, 22K is a good average for a middling Championship side so the current one will do nicely!

Even if the owners asked him back, this feels like a very acrimonious split, why would he agree knowing he could well end up being sacked again shortly?

Get real he not coming back and he gets in soo much shite its no wonder he got reappointed last time! Wake up and smell the coffee then move on and look forwards

Won't happen unless our ownership changes, and that won't happen either.

Shouldn't have gone, but he isn't coming back this time.

I've taken my dad's face out of all our family photos and replaced it with Nigel's, but even I can accept that this time it's for real and he won't be coming home.

I'm just following the LCFC management recruitment process while I wait to find out where NPFC will pitch up next so I can move on to my new club.

I loved Nigel. Really did. Suggested back in the dark days of last season that clubs who change managers willy nilly tend to suffer.

However, to quote Roy Orbison, it's over.

It's over, it's over, it's OOOOOO-ver.

It's OOOOOOOOOOVER.....

Sniff.

Sadly I haven't let this (im)possibility go yet. I know the idea of a grand return will be darting around in the back of my mind right up until the moment we appoint someone who isn't Pearson.

I secretly believe that the reason the club and players have been silent is because the owners and Nigel are working things out for him to be reinstated again.

BELIEVE

Or the players are not that bothered or told to shut it.

As hard as it is to comprehend - our Nige has left the building.

As (potentially) scary as it seems, we need to look forward.

I hate looking forwards when I'm moving backwards, gives me a headache.

You put your sackykoki in, your sakykoki out, in, out in out you shake it all about.....all together now....

ooohhhhhh you do the sackykoki...oohhhh you docthe sackykoki, you turn around Pearson in, Pearson out...

thats what its allllll about out out....mmmmm or in..

Naa they told him you are out, and he asked what do ya mean, out, or out out..

They replied out out, but not out out that prevents you going out.

So he says give me a call after 10 days, to see if we should meet out, and consider while we are out, if you really want me not only out, but out out.You might come back to me after you find out you aint found NOWT.

It's worth stating again because the threads move quickly

Pearson wasn't sacked because the owners had someone better to bring in. Their 'perspectives' didn't match up. Make of that what you will but it isn't going to change.

We could well end up with a manager who isn't as capable as Pearson with the current squad at their disposal. However, I assume the board want to make additions to the squad so that the new manager can do better than Nigel could with the squad he was happy with.

Time ticks on - I wonder who tomorrow's target of a 50 page thread will be?

Love hurts, Vacamion, and only the lonely know the way you feel.

Here's an unusual web site about Roy Orbison.....possibly one of the most unusual web sites I've ever seen.... http://michaelkelly.artofeurope.com/karl.htm

"Hello, and welcome to my homepage. My name is Ulrich Haarbürste and I like to write stories about Roy Orbison being wrapped up in cling-film. If you have written any stories about Roy being completely wrapped in clingfilm please send them to me and I may put them up on the site. If you have a site with stories about other pop stars being wrapped in cling-film mail me and we can exchange links".

The stories are quite well-written, actually!

I was once nicknamed "Roy Orbison" in Australia. I managed to injure my eye with caustic soda while cleaning an industrial wine tank and had to wear dark glasses for a while. Having black hair and a fat head, the rest took care of itself....  lol

As if they're going to reinstate him lol

That's more ridiculous than the idea of us getting Klopp or Preki.

This is a bit of a nightmare though, not only are the options quite poor, it seems at  least one has already turned us down. Meaning we're not even getting the best of a bad bunch.

I think Albert said on the other thread that the owners are not rash. I beg to differ.

Pearson wont be our next managerial appointment but I can see a situation in October where some random shite foreigner or some random shite brit has guided us to bottom of the league, and the owners for the the fourth time recognise that pearson (providing his availability) is the man for the job - bearing in mind i think the way it looks at the moment the core of his squad will still be there in October
