Ashley Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 When did you suggest it? If you mentioned it in the summer when our target was survival then I'm not surprised. November time I believe go back a few pages
EverybodyDannsNow Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 I think there is only one position that we desperately need to improve at the moment, and that is the strike partner for Vardy. A back up goalie, a better right back and a younger centre back can all wait till the summer I think.

ronnup Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 BREAKING: Sky Sources: Manchester Utd in advance talks with Borussia Dortmund about terminating Adnan Januzaj's season-long loan. This caught my eye. Showed himself capable of being sensational when played in the right system. Not unlike Riyad at all. Id love a bid. 8-10

foxes21 Posted 6 January 2016 Posted 6 January 2016 I had a dream we got Cambiasso back on loan. Make it happen Claudio!
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Alecsander Dragovic £15m Sam Byram £7m Nigel De Jong £3m Vincent Aboubakar £15m This would get us Europe I reckon, yes would probably cost us around 40 million but with safety for next season already confirmed I think we should go for it whilst we can.
enmac Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Fvck Charlie Austin. We should try and sign Benteke. The kind of football we play he'd be superb and Klopp doesnt seem to want him. He's out of form so the price could be realistic and they'll want to move quickly in the transfer market. Don't want Austin/ Benteke- do not fit our style. Too static, immobile. Pace is what we need. Collymore, aged 25, would be ideal.
enmac Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 This is the guy- if CR can inspire him. According to Tim Vickery could be boought for 12 M. Potentially, much, much better than Austin, Benteke. Allexandre Pato. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uBKIxg5rIFg
enmac Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 More Pato- want to see him playing for City v Barca next season- Genius. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XQCsg-2rW6s

Gerard Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Press reports this morning that Arnautovic has turned down a new contract offer! Has scored a few this season, still relatively young and seems to suit our style.. Thoughts?? (Should we try to upset the Stokies by going for him AND Bojan)?? It's more or less a sideways move going to Leicester. There's not a lot of PL players that interest me because it's just too difficult and too expensive to get the good ones. How much does it take to get a Arnautovic, Bojan or Igahlo? Even if the clubs do a deal the players will want a better move than Leicester so you'd have to pay them well over the odds. I'm a big advocate of getting the best players in good European leagues.where money is more valued.

He's got a massive ego problem don't think he would fit in with our group.

I get the impression he thinks he's Zlatan. Good player though Knockaert's going Brighton. Weird one. This upsets me! Think CR would've played him here tbh
FoxLAD Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 for me. GK - considering hamer woundn't want to be a number 2.. a decent backup Federici? (if thats how it spelt) RB- Byram or Trippier (if he's ever available) LB Charlie Taylor or Cresswell CB (2 Younger Defenders to replace Huth & Morgan) CM - Young Promising Mid (Will Hughes, Teddy Bishop) St Aboubakar, Austin or Rhodes
