Jimothy Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 Still, he got himself in a great position and while a deflection can send a ball anywhere if you don't take chances you never get lucky. Yeah, but it's not a great goal if it's taken a massive deflection. Lampard used to get tons of deflected goals, like you say fair play for getting in position and taking a punt, but if it's looping off the defender or flying in the opposite corner you can hardly credit the scorer as scoring a great goal. It could end up in row z, or 30 yards back up the pitch from the deflection.

Jimothy Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 That's only 60 short of Bournemouth's capacity
StanSP Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 Lukaku makes it 2. Other than that he's been shite.
RowlattsFox Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 Lukaku has been woeful but he scores goals.
yorkie1999 Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 Lot of running about but i cant remember bounemouth actually having a shot that got saved by the goalie, apart from the peno
RowlattsFox Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 How bad was everybody else if lukaku gets MOM?
StanSP Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 Keown gave Lukaku man of the match . man's a nutter.

fuchsntf Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 Keown gave Lukaku man of the match . man's a nutter. Normally I like Lukaku, but Keown just gave it because he might be the only one he recognises. One of Lukakus poorer games imo.Shoddy and lazy commentating..
Raj Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 Brunt struck by a coin just below his eye by his OWN fans. Went over to the travelling fans to apologise and give his shirt to a young fan and gets that. Some humans are fooking scum
Dan Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 Lukaku was textbook Lukaku, generally pretty crap but scored.
Corky Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 quarter of the way through the game absolutely no chances but loads of sideways passing in the defence THIS IS WHAT WE LIVE FOR That's playing football the right way Scouse. Not like boring Leicester who like to go forward and shoot. We passed it around the back a lot under Sousa and it was the most boring football imaginable. Even worse was the fact we couldn't defend so we passed it around a lot and then conceded.
StanSP Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 the guy that allegedly threw the coin looks like a proper knobhead too
purpleronnie Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 the guy that allegedly threw the coin looks like a proper knobhead too 'There are fewer more distressing sights than that of an Englishman in a baseball cap'
Super_horns Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 We weren't great and Leeds score for us but through. Never looked like actually scoring in our net! Steve Evans will combust soon...such a contrast to Flores. I'd like a home tie in the 1/4 finals.. Probably go out next round if drawn away unless we get Reading (not that they would be easy!) or Shrewsbury/Palace win but always nice to dream.
KFS Posted 20 February 2016 Posted 20 February 2016 Throwing coins wearing that clobber? Needs all the money he can get and a shopping trip State of that jacket
