For 107 points record:

Required From now

W9 D2 L3

Current to date

W25 D3 L4

As realistic as it looks, it still looks a big ask. With Southampton finally losing, we're minimum 11 points ahead with 14 games remaining. We could easily be promoted with 5 or 6 games to go and then it's all about the mentality of the team to go get a record.

I just like the look of the wins required vs allowable draws and losses compared to our record this session. It is really possible if we stay focused.

Maresca Will want the group to continue the winning mentality too set up the start to the premier League. You are only as good as your last results. We all remember the impact 14-15 had on the next season albeit in the premier.

Guys since doing a prediction solely based on last 6 PPG, some find controversial, I have done a new prediction that takes into account seasonal PPG alongside last 6 PPG, so both seasonal form and recent form are taken into account.

Here is the prediction.

Table that accounts for both season PPG and last 6 PPG, incorporating both into prediction.

Leicester predicted points 108
Leeds predicted points 102
Southampton predicted points 99
Ipswich predicted points 93

Does this new version of prediction involve the bottom of tea cups?

According to the official stats, we've created 11 big chances in the last 3 games, and missed 9 of them!!

Had half of those chances gone in we win the last 2 Championship matches, hadnt realised it was that many though, hopefully now Fatawu has mastered the curling shot into the top left corner of goal, the missed chances wont be the difference anymore.

This certainly is crazy - even though we have scored more goals than any other team in the football league and have one of the highest shot conversion rates - our finishing is really bad.
