AjcW Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Remember everyone desperately wanting to see Dyer? suppose we need to desperately see Kramaric now... THERES A REASON THEYRE NOT STARTING! Jesus
Guest Bilo Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 It's a disaster, we're only second and we've only averaged 2 points a game! Joking aside, next week gives us an opportunity to swap things around a bit with it being a cup game. Mahrez and Vardy might benefit from a rest, and I'd probably go with Ulloa and Okazaki up front. If the Gray signing is completed by then, give him a shot to replace Mahrez and see what he can do. Let's not forget that we've come through a period of some extremely tough games where most neutrals at the start of the season would have said we'd be lucky to pick up 3 points, we came out with 11. Add in the 'thick and fast' nature of Christmas/New Year fixtures and it's hardly surprising there are some heavy legs.
Vacamion Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 If I could be arsed finding the meme generator, it would be Buzz and Woody : "Naysayers and doom mongers. Naysayers and doom mongers everywhere" We drew at home to a well drilled Bournemouth who are in good nick. Yes we have lost a bit of form. Yes, some players weren't at their best, but we remain firmly in the Champs League places. The Champs League places. When we had off games for most of the time I'be supported Leicester, we lost them. Sheesh.
bovril Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Drinky non existent I thought he was one of the better ones, kept things ticking over. Albrighton was shite for me, he frustrates the hell out of me with some of his balls. Vardy and Mahrez not at the races, Vardy needs resting. We should be doing better than Ulloa or Okazaki if we realistically want to stay in the top 4.
thegaffa Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 It was tired and wasteful, not woeful. We missed two sitters to win it and kept Bournemouth quiet even before their red card. We didn't keep them quiet though they missed 2 sitters, we was lucky to go in level at half time
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Can't see how anyone can defend Dyer from anything said, nothing would be overestimating his contribution to our play today. He actually had a negative effect on how we played he was that bad.
Manwell Pablo Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 There's is some proper grade A bell end over reactions in here seasons gone lads
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 I normally hate the idea of resting players for cup competitions but Vardy and Mahrez genuinely look like they're on their last legs. Time for Kramaric and Dyer to start to show us what they can do from the get go. Huge opportunity missed and pretty conclusive proof that if we don't buy quality in January the pundits will be proved right. We need 3 or 4 genuinely class additions who can offer something right away.
foxfanazer Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 I've said it before, and i will say it again. At least 8 teams in this league have better XI's and squads than us....miracle where we are. As for bournemouth, glad they got the point, the arrogance of our fans is disgusting, Sunderlandesque. What's arrogant about thinking we should beat Bournemouth at home?
EGBFitness Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Here we go. Created Vard's chance. Missed a chance of his own. What exactly did Shinji do if you want to call Leo invisible? Or did you forget he was even on the pitch for 30'? I think it's a little questionable to actually call it an assist? It was clearly a shot that was terribly connected with
Larry_LCFC Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Poor poor game. Feels more like a loss. Have to be winning against a 10 man bournemouth. Worrying that we had so many chances and not one was put away. Not happy with that all.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 I'm sure wants the frustration goes I will start to feel not so bad... that 90 minutes just reminded me of the dark days

Medwayfox Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Perhaps the Tinkerman is now afraid to tinker; even when it's necessary? We were lucky at Everton, should really have lost to Man City and now cannot score against 10-man Bournemouth even with penalty. Kramaric must be really really shit in training as Ulloa, Okazaki and Dyer are so wasteful with the ball. They need it served on a plate to score.
Webbo Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 At least Ulloa was noticeable for his mistakes. did Okazaki actually touch the ball?
Rasmic123 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 I've said it before, and i will say it again. At least 8 teams in this league have better XI's and squads than us....miracle where we are. foxes_rule1978 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 What's arrogant about thinking we should beat Bournemouth at home? Exactly on paper we are better, it isn't arrogance especially when we sit second in the league
LegendOfJoe Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 really worried to see that if mahrez or vardy don't have good games then the teams flat and toothless (haven't played well in the last 3 games and we are really struggling) - really really disappointed is an understatement. think we need to have a look because Bournemouth didn't play well and we didn't get 3 points that should of been banked.
The Doctor Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 I've said it before, and i will say it again. At least 8 teams in this league have better XI's and squads than us....miracle where we are. As for bournemouth, glad they got the point, the arrogance of our fans is disgusting, Sunderlandesque. It's really not remotely arrogant to expect a win at home to a bournemouth side with two of their best players out injured when we had all the best opportunities (did schmeichel get called into action at all today?). We were abysmal going forward, completely wasteful. Whether other sides have better squads is irrelevant, because we're not playing those other sides today.
Ozwin Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 There's is some proper grade A bell end over reactions in here seasons gone lads This. Some of you need to check yo'self before you wreck yo'selves.
Arriba Los Zorros Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 what a load of tosh, are you seriously suggesting bournemouth are the only team we've played who have put 10 men behind the ball? Today was just not our day, the break will do us good as i think a lot of the players have run themselves into the ground At the start of the season, we had some variety in our play. Now the play has been altered to a very direct long-ball game, very few completed passes, which we can't pull off and means we will drop points any time we play teams that don't take the game to us. We've been awful last 4 games, Everton included
ThaiFox Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Too many players are knackered. If we did achieve a top four place we'll have a lot more games. The squad needs a lot of additions if we are going to compete at the top end and play in Europe. We will not be in a top four place in a few games time unless we strengthen.
RowlattsFox Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 This result will bring the morons out again, oh how we've missed them.
