Martin Hinteregger - Signs for Borussia Mönchengladbach

A very good prospect.  Red Bull Salzburg are a selling Club so an offer at what they consider to be his market value, and he will be allowed to leave.  May be a ploy to get Dynamo K to get real on their fee demands for Dragovic.  Fuchs hand phone must be red hot at the moment.

Standard YouTube video.... He looks a beast though, on the video alone I'd have him over dragovic as he looks more composed on the ball (as I said based on this video lol) finally a CB who can attack the ball from set pieces, oh and that goal from in his own half laaaaawwwwwdddd

Bloody Hell. And he's a CB, you say?

Clearly we are looking to be the first team to score 300 goals in one premier league season.

I thought goalscoring centre-backs had been discouraged at Leicester for decades! Exciting prospect. Almost like the Resurrection.  I just wish we could get the best out of everyone like YouTube. :)

Looks to have skills,  a natural left-footer which can be useful, a positive way of playing even to the point of having a shot, and the kind of leap I've not seen from any of our lads at set pieces.

Stats on defenders are notoriously best left alone for reference.

If you compare Morgan this season with last season it appears he was playing better last season. Anyone who has watched him will clearly tell you this is not the case and he looks like an absolute rock in our defence this season.

We had a lot more defending to do last season.

Blocks and clearances can be deceptive, I think you can take stuff from aerial battles %, tackling %... your percentage ones won are better, rather than amounts... as they can go up on the basis of just getting battered game after game.

Right as I'm in Austria near Salzburg I've been asking questions about this lad...

As soon as a gather a drunken consensus I'll post the low down later!

Can we have Dragovic and Hinteregger please?

On a serious note, having Fuchs in our camp will be a helping hand for any potential deal we might be able to complete for either of these two. Personally, I agree with the people that say our interest in one is to force the other's club into a more reasonable/cheaper asking price. Wouldn't like to say which way round it is though.

Throwback to the O'Neil era.

Chasing a game, throw the cb up as an emergency striker! This lad could give Steve Walsh and Elliot a run for their money. A proper fox in the box.

Reminds me a bit of Daniel Agger from that Video.

The same Daniel Agger who'd still be worth a gamble. Only 31 years old and kicking it in Denmark, although hampered by the odd knock here and there.
