SecretPro Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Crazy the number of people on here moaning about Remy but happy to watch Ulloa jog around doing **** all for half an hour+ every week.
Fox 4 Life Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Ross McCormack cost 11m..... 11.5m for a striker who is proven at this level is a bargain.
Izzy Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 It has been reported that a bid for Loic Remy rumoured around £11.5mn has been accepted. Not convinced he is shoe in myself but what do I know? Frankly....I'm not HP
sphericalfox Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 All a smokescreen I'm sure, can't see us willing to match Chelsea wages. god all this positivity and success must boil your piss huh
st albans fox Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Crazy the number of people on here moaning about Remy but happy to watch Ulloa jog around doing **** all for half an hour+ every week. Tbf to him, he has scored the same number of goals at the KP this season as Leo!
Max Power Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 £19m for Musa or £11m for Remy? For me it's a no brainer. Yeah, Musa. Hopefully he hasn't lost his pace and is over all his injuries and that but not overwhelmed with this one. Fingers crossed though. Maybe he bags 10 in 15 and we win the league?
Koke Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 If this goes through definitely improved the squad over January. If we do make Europe we'll bring another striker in and so will have Vardy, Remy, Okazaki..."new name" and maybe Ulloa. Im happy with Remy on the bench and I've been impressed with him this season from what I've seen bar the Arsenal game but can't judge purely on that. Also Remy has premier league goals in him, not a big risk and considering Grabban went for £8m I'm happy with this Naismith £11m Grabban £8m Townsend £12m Shelvey £12m Remy is a proven Premier League goal scorer. I don't understand why people don't rate him.
Guest Manini Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Hasn't he got a heart defect that shows up in medicals? I think the only reason he signed for Chelsea was because they were willing to overlook that, Liverpool weren't interested in taking the risk after finding out. Hope we go the same way as Chelsea. I think he's a cracking player
Fox92 Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Are people put off by the price? Either side of £10million isn't expensive these days and it shows when clubs like Stoke and Palace are signing players for £10million+.
Wolfox Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Yep... Happy with that... He'll bag a few I'm sure Good business...
matty98 Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Have a bad feeling about this, can't see him having a good enough workrate. Spends the majority of his time standing offside
HankMarvin Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Naismith £11m Grabban £8m Townsend £12m Shelvey £12m Remy is a proven Premier League goal scorer. I don't understand why people don't rate him. Was on 75k at QPR, Chelsea must of improved on that

Koke Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Yeah, Musa. Hopefully he hasn't lost his pace and is over all his injuries and that but not overwhelmed with this one. Fingers crossed though. Maybe he bags 10 in 15 and we win the league? Remy has scored goals in this league for 3 different clubs. He is a proven Premier League player. What is so underwhelming about him? The fee is normal. Look at the signings Norwich, Stoke, Newcastle etc make. All in the region of £10m.
kingfox Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 He looked good when he came on against us and fans were saying he'd be a good signing. Other week he looked poor and some of you lot said he is shit and you don't want him. Make your minds up, success or flop?
Babylon Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Are people put off by the price? Either side of £10million isn't expensive these days and it shows when clubs like Stoke and Palace are signing players for £10million+. Couple of years younger and I wouldn't be fussed. But... It's not too bad, if you consider we paid about 7/8 for Shinji.
MikeyT Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Stoke fan just tweeted this. Haha User Actions Follow Mitch Adams@MitchAdams2013 Remy to #LCFC seriously? Do they need more fire power?! Give the rest of us a chance!
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Interesting, could be close to joining then. Said from the start he's a player I'd like to see join.

Has been warming the bench and treatment table for 18 months
ramboacdc Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 he wont sign this weekend. Hiddink saying he is injured. how will he pass a medical?
HankMarvin Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 Was on 75k at QPR, Chelsea must of improved on that After activating his £10.5m release clause, Chelsea signed Remy to a four-year contract at an estimated £80,000 per week. His £10.5m transfer fee is thus amortised to around £2.63m per year. Combined with his annual wages (£4.16m)
Babylon Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 He's only just turned 29, so that's not too bad!
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 29 January 2016 Posted 29 January 2016 he wont sign this weekend. Hiddink saying he is injured. how will he pass a medical?Ah the old "injured" routine
