I must say i'm not a Stringer fan, but the commentary he gave on the goal does give me goosebumps, very good.

Nallis against Leeds Izzet against Grimsby and Spurs Collymore against Sunderland Claridge against Palace, he might have shinned it but it was still a great and massively important goal And one that I personally think was a great goal, Claridge against Utd in the league cup (the one where Heskey kind of back heeled flicked it to him and he volleyed it in) All up there with goals I've seen live I imagine Gudjonsson's goal and Knockaert's brace must have been unbelievable live too.

If you're born in the 2000, you don't say you're born in the 90s do you?

For example, there was no year 0, the first decade started in year 1 and ended in year 10, and it's been like that ever since!

It might not be mathematically correct but if the popular assertion is it starts at 0 and ends at 9, and being as that is a period of 10 years, then that's the decade.
