some teams would sulk and feel hard done to. us?? imo it will increase determination  (today showed when 11 v 11 we are more than a match for Arsenal , in addition recent away victories at the other 2  says the same),i wouldnt swap our position

So unless you're a teenager clad in Stone Island gear giving the home fans the hard look when you know full well they can't get to you, you shouldn't be allowed to go away with the club?

Jesus some people.

Where the hell have you got that from???

I said I didn't realise how many old people we have going to away games in talking 70+. Nothing at all wrong with that like I previously said, but that will go a little way to explain why we don't have a whole end standing and signing for 90 minutes.

And also why do you think anyone who wants to stand and sing for 90 minutes will be wearing stone island?

It's hard to blame the players and the ref's an easy target, but if it wasn't for simpson and a stupid foul and another one right at the end the result would've been very different.

Beaten by a shocking refereeing decision and then Wasyl flying into a challenge he never needed to make. For an experienced defender to do that is very disappointing.

Ok then calm down a bit.

First you said it was awful today, I was in the centre on row 22, it wasn't awful, if anything songs were being song while other pockets were singing another song at the same time. This happened a lot and unless you're going to have a conductor stood at the front with his stick will always happen when the away end stretches over a fairly long distance from one side to the other.

Those over 70 year olds you refer too would've been at the Etihad like me, Goodison, Hawthorns etc so just because you thought the away end was poor, while at other grounds it was good, these are always there and why do they have to stand all game?

If they want to sit they can, like wise if they don't want to sing, it's their choice and not yours or anyone's.

I've had a fvckin gut full of abuse from Gooner 'mates' down here today via text and Facebook - wankers. So I've taken advantage of their new found confidence and waged three separate £50 bets with some of them that we finish higher in the league than they do. Fair to say they all snapped my hand off but I genuinely believe after today that we can still end up above them. I always preferred Gooners to Spurs fans, but after today I've decided they're all a bunch of cockney cvnts.

Agreed, they should be better than us.Look at the £s they have spent and they are still bitter cvnts over little old Leicester .We shouldn't be a rival, but fact is we are.its like being in year 11 at school and bragging at the reception kids because you've just beaten them at a kick about.

I would 100% want Arsenal to win it over Spurs given the choice. Now their fans are up their own arses for no reason.

Having digested the game now let me say this.

Giroud's header assist for Walcott goal was sheer world class. Phenomenal. Shame for Arsenal fans that he only plays like that 1 in 10.

Kante is God. Best midfielder I've seen in a Leicester shirt.

Felt sorry for Vardy.. he needed to be an outlet for us while also tracking back and defending. He was dead on his feet in the last 10 minutes.

I was emotionally drained after the game but neutrals on Twitter were loving the game. It proper entertainment.

Me calm down, you're the one who twisted my words to make it sound like I said older people shouldn't go.

It was awful today and if you think otherwise you are quite easily pleased. Funnily enough I was in block 22 and songs were trying to be sung but then they just died a death after a few seconds. The only people I could hear trying to get songs going were the small pocket of people in block 21 and the back in the corner.

A majority of the end today were only interested in taking photos & videos. Considering we are top of the league playing a massive game our fans today were disappointing, I thought we were much better and louder last season.

Like I said if you thought it was at least half decent today you must be easily impressed.

Also like I've said a few times on here over the last few weeks our atmosphere over the past 2 years are getting worse & worse. Whether that's old people, new people just jumping on the bandwagon, stone island chavs who don't sing, I don't know but it's not very good nowdays.

Just got back. Loved my first trip to the Emirates, beautiful ground. Thought we were decent, much better than Arsenal first half. Cech made a superb save from Vardy's header. Not sure about the penalty as I haven't seen any highlight(s) yet. Simpson's sending off was the turning point, in which I don't think he should have been sent off. Spoke to plenty of Arsenal fans on the tube back who said it wasn't a sending off either. Felt sorry for Vardy who did his best but had very little support. Wasilyski made a stupid challenge which lead to their winner. No need for that he could have just stood him up.

What a load of elitist crap.

Many of those guys could have been following City away since the Bloomfield years and all the dross that followed.

Sorry Buce, in the home end sitting on my hands and biting my lip all match surrounded by silver haired morons shouting absolute shite about us; needed to vent some angst. Where better than Foxes talk. You're right and thanks for listening.

Poor decision making cost us today but still a fantastic 6 point return from the 3 'big' teams that were going to be the start of our downfall. We will win the league of that I have know doubt with the fixtures we have left and no other added pressures.

The poorest decision for me was why Drinky didn't play the ball into the corner and waste a good few mins with fouls and throw ins towards the end instead of putting a stupid cross into an empty box which was a gift for the keeper. Those few minutes could have been crucial.

Why is it funny you were in block 22, I was in block 21 not 22.

You stated it was awful then commented on how many 70+ we had there, you don't need to be a rocket scientist to work out what you were referring it.

we won't agree so I shall leave it at that, oh for the record I did stand and sing the whole game and I'm not 70+ either so even if I don't get you permission I'll be at every away game for the rest of the season like I have for God knows how long.

I misread it and thought you were in block 22.

Well done on going to every away game, I'll be there as well. I'll be the one singing and standing at every away game also. I'll have to get myself some Stone island clobber though seen as that's what you must have to wear if you want to sing. No staring out the home fans though.

Arsenal have done what we should've done with our ground- had a real nod to their history and tradition whilst catering for the newer fan. The ground is very modern but you see the pictures and banners depicting the defining moments and players and you see a club that's proud of what it's done.

We are on a much smaller scale but it disappoints how we removed the banner around the top of the stadium with our cult heroes and legends and trophy wins.

No worries, GBU.

I think we'd all forgotten what losing feels like, but scapegoating the support, or Was and Danny, isn't what we're about.

Not felt this deflated since that infamous day at Watford. Shows how far we've come I suppose!!!

Had to sit in the home end too. Torture.

Win the next couple and it's all good, but we must do so. Thought we were battered after we went down to 10 - understandably. Most fragile we've looked all season and who replaces Simpson next game?

As said elsewhere I thought Atkinson was seriously unprofessional beginning of the second half with a genuine desire to alter the course of the game. Worrying.

Having now calmed down a bit and come to my senses I would make the following comments

Arsenal and Spurs are seen in most peoples eyes to be favourites to win the league so pressure now off a bit

The siege mentality that has got us this far will have been heightened 100% after Mr Atkinsons decisions today

Cheats never prosper ( they may have done today but that was a battle and the war is still there to be won )

Enjoy the break and chill out for a week or so

Some selective editing on MOTD 2, the ref badgering at half time, the shove on Mahrez by Cocklin and lots more of the Arsenal self refereeing particularly in the first half all missing. They can"t show everything in an edit but the theme of the game was the mysterious change in attitude of Atkinson from the first half to the second and that was absent.

I don't have to go to work tomorrow, but the loss this morning has taken the Sunday feeling and intensified it to the point that I've completed all household chores in record time just so I don't have time to stew.

I can't be alone in this, right?

Nope I flung my IPad across the room and broke my case, then proceeded to clean the entire house in a rage of epic proportions. Our neighbour supports Arsenal and he is such an annoying person, he immediately went into his garden after the game and discussed it VERY loudly, clearly trying to wind me up. If there was ever a time that football made me go a bit loopy, today certainly was the day.

Ranieri is a class act. Makes me proud to have him as a manager.

Love him to bits but just think if Nige was still manager there would have been headbutts everywhere
