True but this is bigger than any of the others and they added to their squad since then.

Also true, but if we lose one the pressure and nerves will be immense.  Do we really want to be playing Utd Everton and Chelsea having to win two.

Which I see this game on Sun as massive.

1 if and 2 buts smells foul- Yellow card

Why is everyone so pessimistic??

Enjoy it, lap it up, WE'RE GOING FOR THE TITLE WITH 5 GAMES TO GO!

Just think how ridiculous that is.

I, for one, can't wait for the game and the atmosphere on Sunday. Two top teams facing each other. Let's make it a game to remember.

The more I think about this match the more I feel another win and a solid win to boot.......Leicester 3 - 1

Sing then sing then sing a bit louder

Cheer the City hopefully on the the title

Come on you Foxes!!!!!

Tough tough game. Carroll may prevent our usual tactic of forcing them out wide. They have players who can hurt us.

Having said that they looked poor defensively against Arsenal and play tonight so fingers crossed for extra time!

Let's just chill out, the atmosphere we create at home games from now until the end of the season gives us the advantage regardless of our 7 point lead. Against Southampton it was absolutely phenomenal and it will get us over the line. I feel so sick before matches but when the whistle goes at home and I'm amongst the crowd then it's a lot easier to deal with, we're in control of it ourselves in a way and that's important. West Ham won't know what's hit them. They ship goals and I think we'll win in a bit of a humdinger.

Personally I think if you look at their form, I can see Spurs winning at least 4 (maybe even all 5) of their remaining games.

Having said that, a draw on Sunday wouldn't be disastrous for us...but I'm still confident we can win.

Will West Ham want Spurs to win the league?..........nah.

No team will chuck it for us, not WH not Chelsea. There's too much pride involved for that. We're going to have to win it for ourselves.

There seems to be a lot of belief on here in Spurs being some kind of super force but they are well capable of drawing a couple of their last 5 (I have watched a disproportionate amount of their games as my mate who has Sky in France is a Spurs fan and I kind of feel obliged to watch them as he lets me watch City!!) - they looked well poor against Utd first half and are as nervous as we are. One draw and we need 7 points, two and we are 5 away - keep the faith, we haven't let a goal in for 6 games............

Everyone enjoy the moment! Spurs will push us and I actually hope they do, just for us to win it in the last minute at home v Everton! Can you imagine the scenes!?

We need our atmosphere to be on top form and when it gets nervy, as we all know it will, we need to ramp it up.

I cannot wait. Will be a tough game and I my mind says 2-2. On current form my heart says 2-1.

So this thread is about Spurs is it?

Ok - let's discuss this awesome Spurs team, shall we. MotD analysis showed that the pivotal moment in the United game on Sunday was when Fosu-Mensah went off injured in the 67th minute. All three Spurs goals came immediately after that.

If their 'form' is based on that kind of fortuitous incident - that if he'd not been crocked it might have been a 0-0 draw, then they're not as all-powerful as some faint-hearts here are mooting. 'seenitall' wrote - "they looked well poor against Utd first half and are as nervous as we are".

Fine - if posters on here, like these two, want to give themselves the willies about Tottingham then that's their prerogative. But it's a bit like 'Lord Haw-Haw' with his 'Germany calling' broadcasts through WW2 - sowing the seeds of doubt at a time when they're not wanted or needed. Personally I find it a little contemptible.

Leicester have achieved this position by their own efforts - not by other teams slipping up and giving us the breaks. I trust it will continue to be so.

Hallelujah, these pussy posts are doing my head in , Chelsea, Man City or Man Yoo in the same position, most would be saying it's over!

I'm not saying be cocky or complacent just confident and supportive.

I am very worried about West Ham on Sunday. They are really good and we have rode a bit of luck recently. I also don't think my nerves could take a reduction from 7points to 4 points between us and Spurs. That said it wouldn't surprise me if we played a corker. Such is the schizo life of an LCFC fan these days.

No one is saying the teams will chuck it, but if you are Chelsea, and your fans are cheering Leicester (they really hate Tottenham you know), you have nothing to play for, last game under your interim manager, how up for it are you really going to be?

No way is it going to that game! :)

....and maybe while you're at it take a look at our form and you might come to the same conclusion about us......winning all 5

Can't believe the amount of pessimistic weak willed people there are knocking about. I can see why this place is as bad as it is when the chips are down. The amount of pessimism is crazy considering we're top of the best league in England haha.

We've won 5 on the trot, conceding 0 goals in the process. Not to say West Ham aren't a damn good side on their day and have goals all over the pitch.

Anyone would think we had a 25 point lead that has been eaten up to 7 points with constant losses and bad performances.

Wdll i was talking to john terry in the pub and he reckons that if it comes down to needing a draw in that game, the players plan to set up a card table in the centre circle and have a few games of pontoon with the leicester players.

I sort of hate myself for being so optimistic. I just have complete faith and trust in this team.

Been pretty confident we would win it since before citeh when I did the grimsby predictor. As the weeks have gone by so my confidence has naturally increased.

why we should struggle badly against the hammers I'm not sure. I expect another narrow win.

Watching the match now, praying it goes to extra

time and penalties. My sociopathic side wants Payet, Carroll, Nobel, Antonnio and Creswell to break bones too.
