billyn88 Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 To clear up the confusion our worst position is 4th place which is cl qualification. If the unthinkable happens and city and liverpool win in Europe we qualify regardless as city will either qualify through finishing top 4 or qualify through Europe and finish outside top 4. If city don't finish top 4 we are guaranteed 3rd so it doesn't matter. Thanks for that, I couldn't understand why the nightmare scenario with 4th and the two outside top 6 winning European competitions couldn't happen. Definitely a milestone to savour but everyone is only focussed on one goal now.
bovril Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 They can only get 80 by winning all of their remaining games. 79 points will win it. Wtahcing Spurs today I honestly think we need 79.
fazzyfox Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Will Filbert be able to go to the away games with the rabies quarantine regulations? Does the EU membership affect this? Could be the decisive issue in the argument.
Fox 4 Life Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Wtahcing Spurs today I honestly think we need 79. Draw with West ham, beat swans and Everton - done!
FantasticMrFox&Son Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 I think the draw takes place on 25 August, let's see if we are in pot 1 as CHAMPIONS.
reynard Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Wtahcing Spurs today I honestly think we need 79. You think they are going to drop any points? I don't think they will. Make no mistake we will need to win 3 games to do it.

lgfualol Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 THE CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMPIONSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Goosebumps at the thought
Jacafox Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 I still think we need the nine points, but I can't see us losing, West Ham have the cup match Wednesday, extra time maybe, which may well help us. Spurs will go out all guns blazing but we are more than capable to reach our target
Donut Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Anyone have a laymans terms link to champions league seedings?
Jimothy Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Anyone have a laymans terms link to champions league seedings? Pot 1 is made up of the Champions of the best 8 leagues according the leagues coefficient score (based on European performance over the past 5 years). England is second. If the Champions League winner doesn't win their national league, they will take the 8th spot in pot 1, pushing out the league with the lowest score (Russia I think). All other pots are in order of the teams coefficient score, so basically pot 2 is your Man City, Arsenal, Real Madrid type teams. Our score would be zero so we'd be in pot 4 if we don't win the league.

Ok, so just to give an example: One of this seasons Champions League groups was made of: CSKA Moscow PSV Eindhoven Manchester United Wolfsburg By my reckoning, because Barcelona won the previous champions league, CSKA became the pot 1 team. PSV would be second seed based on Holland being ranked 9th on co-efficients Man Utd 3rd with their ranking from the higher ranked european league Wolfsburg 4th.
WesMorganGod Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 I can't wait for Morgan to totally dominate Messi and Neymar and Lewandowski and whatever world class striker wants to take on the beast, he gonna dominate them all. Champions league nights at King Power will be amazing.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 10 April 2016 Posted 10 April 2016 Unbelievable season so farNext target please
