And they were in the title race until the Pep announcement, then struggled for 4th. (Oh, and they won the League Cup.) They look like they will make top 4 this season, but only because Arsenal are well underperforming, or else it could be another close top 4 race. Maybe they will win the FA Cup, but for money the spent and now having this supposed world class manager, that's hardly an improvement.
