the fox Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 Thought that Sanchez had one of the best work rates in the league from what I saw Here is an in depth article http://www.skysports.com/football/news/15118/10794349/alexis-sanchez-8217-s-running-and-sprint-stats-hint-at-arsenal-problem
foxes21 Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 Mings suspended for 5 games. Bournemouth only have 1 fit CB.

jammie82uk Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 So 5 games for something that appears to be accidental but 3 games for a deliberate action by Zlatan
StanSP Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 five matches for Mings. wow. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39210644

Carl the Llama Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 Another good decision by the Football Arseholes.

TheUltimateWinner Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 Both were blows to the head, one was disputable for being accidental, the other was certainly on purpose. Guess which one got how many games? I feel bad for Bournemouth, they only have one CB now from the first team, they're either going to have to play a RB there or promote a youth player. I know it helps our situation, but it's still a shame.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 Still maintain the belief that Mings was tripping over at the time. Surely the intent shown by Zlatan warrants more than 3 games?

But, I heard that saying more than once on MMA's YouTube videos when they were talking about the fighters And what they meant by that is, the fighter has to have zero weak points so he has to learn every thing possible but he has to master at least one style in order for him to be truly dominant.
Lovejoy Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 Not buying all this "Mings is hard done by". Without question he had time to avoid Zlatan's ugly mug, I think as well if we're all being honest, had that stamp happened to us and there was a chance of swift retribution with one's elbow, we'd have done the same thing. Mings is a nobody and Zlatan a world beater with an ego. Had this incident happened the other way around it'd be a totally different reaction.
Mease Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 Both deserve to be in trouble but Mings heat of the moment Zlatan had time to think and act and although kicked in the head Zlatan elbow is actually a more dangerous challenge. Morons at the FA are clueless.

FraserSorensen Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 33 minutes ago, Koke said: Mings appealed hence the extra match ban. The extra ban is due to the nature of the offence, rather than a frivolous appeal. They'd stated they were going for a longer ban before the appeal. 22 minutes ago, AmarteyAndChill said: Didn't zlatan kick mings just before mings stood on his head? Zlatan tried a stamp on Mings just before Mings got his in. Whether it was or not we'll never really know.
Ted Maul Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 Mings looked down at Ibrahimovic and half a second later trod on his head. I'm not sure how anyone can complain about it. Bournemouth fans are absolutely seething you would have thought they would appreciate the proverbial book being thrown at players guilty of 'assault' after they way they were carrying on at Huth last year!
TJB-fox Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 To be honest I think both are fair. Maybe Mings could've been longer, no way that was an accident, absolutely no way. If Maguire did that to Vardy on Saturday we would be absolutely baying for his head

DJ Barry Hammond Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 Just putting this out there... it is no longer possible for us to retain the title ?

Aus Fox Posted 8 March 2017 Posted 8 March 2017 I know Man City get stick for having an empty ground, but this is pathetic tonight, reminds me of a Cov game.
