Played well until they scored the first goal. We have now conceded 12 goals in 2.5 games against three of the so-called 'big teams'. Obviously, there's a big gap left by Kante, but cannot understand how we have collapsed defensively.

I said earlier i want us to get back to the Leicester of last season and press but we just have stopped doing that. Its not just today, its every game this season. Today we are making a very average side look good. We have gone to sleep at corners and so many players arent at it. Slimani and Vardy are making the same runs at the moment but Im sure in time that will get better and Mahrez has been starved of the ball. The only thing I dont get is when Mahrez went left Albrighton seemed to stay there  and for 5 mins we had no option to pass it right!

 

Anyway, Gray for Albrighton at HT and a rocket up the forwards ass or else Oka on for Slim on the hour. We need to win the second half or else we could end up leaving here having shipped 6 or 7 and that will bugger up confidence.

 

BTW, poor old Amartey is having one of his lost games bless him. Its early days and he is just 21 but he just jockeys and jockeys and doesnt even challenge LOL! Its not  just him of course so no scapegoat, only DD has played well today so far.

We are giving away goals we didn't last season. That Mata goal would never have happened, we'd have got tight and compact and cut it out.

 

We are too easy to play against. I expect us to lose games and normally we would against Man United but not like this. Just be hard to play against, if they cut you open with brilliant play then fair enough but they haven't.

Well, I'm quite squiffy, the pub here in Berlin is full of cockney and Irish MUFC fans hi-5ing.

 

The missus is suggesting we resume our tourism and forego the 2nd half.

 

That could have gone better.

 

I, for one, look forward to our 2 nd half onslaught of 5 goals, in what will forever be talked about as the archetypal GAME OF TWO HALVES and replayed on Sky forever.
