Mendy not in the squad anyway so doesn't matter. Looks as if he hasn't been involved for weeks. Nothing on the internet to explain why.

 

Edit: Nantes currently losing 3-0 at home. Gone a bit sour for Claudio in France.

That's mad that we should have a guy on that wage who doesn't get near a start.

Before he left for africa cup in his first season he had a run of games and grew in confidence. ..  now he seems to be consigned to rb.  Once again we should figure out a plan for him..  otherwise we are trashing his career like chelski are doing for drinky...  ie not trashing his bank balance

He really hasn't developed at all in two and half years, if the management team don't see anything in him during pre-season I'd loan/sell. He seems a nice lad, always smiling with teammates and stuff, managed to captain his national team a couple of times, just there has been no improvement here
