Just jogging round going through the motions, a lot of pointing and passing players on. Unfortunately we have got this until 2020 whilst he's on £100k a week. I was delighted when he turned down Arsenal in the summer & decided to stay. But it looks like everything he did to get where he is today he's totally forgot about. Find it hard to disagree. Think it's a very English thing (and mistake, quite often) to naturally point to motivation every time something goes wrong but I really do wonder if that's the case with Vardy here.
