Terrible! He was walking around the pitch first half.

Claudio obviously had a go at half time because he was actually running a bit in his 10 minutes of the second half.

Sell him in summer and try recoup 10 million ish of the money paid.

Lazy. Not motivated. Appears to have a weight on his shoulders from dressing room. Reminds me of a talented mate who smoked too many doobies

I have seen Sunday league players with more ability than Musa. Who scouted him?! He can't control a ball for his life and has no ability dribbling the ball. What a dreadful acquisition for 15 million.

He's like Elvis Hammond without the name or money laundering prowess.

It's evident that in Russia, he was used to playing against defenders who were far less fit, technically sound and physical than those playing in the PL. While Gray possesses blistering pace, he matches that with power, directness and the ability to absolutely wallop a ball from outside the area, Musa has shown none of these qualities. Schlupp was a terrible footballer but at least he had the strength and power to work past players. Get rid in the summer or at least send him on a season long loan.

Musa is the kind of player where he feeds from others and can't do it for himself. If he gets the service he needs then he good, apart from that he is shit. He is not a wide midfielder at all. Striker or nothing.

Shocking managerial decision to start with him. There was no logical reason to put him ahead of Gray.

Champions League experience (lol).

At fault for the first goal. Generally had a poor game and looked unwilling to put in the effort his team mates showed.

Thankfully Claudio did eventually make the right change in taking him off for Gray

I'd have thought the Russian league would be a tough place with no nonsense defenders. He's so easy to knock off the ball and with that in mind how did he score all those goals last season?  What was it 18!?!

I know the lynch mob has the taste for blood and I'll probably be mocked for this. but I Still don't believe he has had enough time or first team opportunities to be written off and ridiculed by his own supporters yet.

Plenty of players through the years took a while to settle before coming good Jamie vardy and Danny Drinkwater two recent examples.

That being said was poor today and hope he can turn a corner soon. Seen glimpses of how good he can be like everton in the fa cup.

I can't actually describe how bad he is. At least Ali Dia was hauled off after about half an hour, this bloke is no better.

It's one thing for him to waste golden chances but he was massively at fault for their first goal as well.

I tried to support him, but im pretty much at the end. His touch is not good enough, his skill on the ball is not good enough, his decision making is not good enough.

(mind you, i said all of this about Vardy in 2014)

I'll stick up for the guy -- who here thinks that the starters CR named made sense in an attacking sense? Musa is too similar to Vardy, and the problem Vardy has is his service is crap. So adding a second Vardy just means we have another speedster we can't get the ball to.

What Gray does is wholly different. Mahrez is being throttled these days on the right, and Gray takes advantage up the left and looks to take his man, or shoot, or cross it into the box, look for the back post if perhaps we have someone with some size in the vicinity, etc. It balances out the attack, seems to make us more cohesive in possession, and spreads and opens up the defense to allow genuine scoring opportunities.

Why this so difficult for CR to see, IDK. But Musa doesn't deserve to be hated. Musa is not a failure. Musa has almost no chance of success playing with the "first team" (i.e. last season's squad), he is not a guy they look to target, he presses as a consequence, and is much more effective when Vardy is off the pitch with the 2nd team,  no matter who the opposition is. The guy needs regular PT as well, if we cannot give it to him loan him out with a return clause to a team that has a talented midfield but no speed up top, Championship or PL, doesn't matter.

He's poor technically and there's absolutely nothing else to his game that redeems his lack of ability. He's quick but I haven't once seen him run in behind or with the ball at his feet.

Oh so bad but a year previous most wanted him. Just like slim. And no you have not. I have played with players that have stepped down through age. Slow but know where to put a ball. None ever played in the prem but way above Sunday league.

Your comments show your ignorance. They would not be Sunday league if they were as good as you claim. Unless they had been turned away for drink or drugs.
