If Liverpool get to the League Cup final then we have a free weekend. We're playing Arsenal away before the second leg and West Ham away 3 days later. The whole world smiles Posted 12 December 2016 Share Posted 12 December 2016 In terms of progression the dates could not have worked out better. its the FA cup 5th round the weekend before the 1st leg so we either have a free week (more than likely with that 3rd round draw) or an opportunity to rest key players.
