Guest Lako42 Posted 12 December 2016 Posted 12 December 2016 Just booked Luton to Faro £65 return 21st to 23rd
ousefox Posted 12 December 2016 Posted 12 December 2016 I have also done a coach from Malaga to Seville if you want to keep costs down. I remember it being very cheap and doesnt take much longer. It also drops you off in an easier location to access the city.
adejo92 Posted 12 December 2016 Posted 12 December 2016 I am considering driving from Malaga to Seville however i cant help picture a very 'Inbetweeners-esque' break down in the middle of no where in spain. or, to somehow see signs saying 'Welcome to Aleppo'

ousefox Posted 12 December 2016 Posted 12 December 2016 If you're booking hotels... Dona Maria is my favourite. No better location and the view from the bar looking on to the Giralda is something else. Hotel Alfonso XIII is also pretty incredible.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 12 December 2016 Posted 12 December 2016 Could have been much worse, we avoided the teams we stood almost zero chance of winning against, at least this tie gives us belief that we can make it through.

If Liverpool get to the League Cup final then we have a free weekend. We're playing Arsenal away before the second leg and West Ham away 3 days later. That would be round 5 so very likely we will have a free weekend before and if lpool qualify for the final then it's a free fortnight around the away leg! the home leg is after arsenal away but that follows their tie home to Munich which is following their game at anfield !

So looking approx £35 for a return train. Bargain Have you got a link for that? mine came out as about £60 each.
Fox92 Posted 12 December 2016 Posted 12 December 2016 Good enough draw in terms of progression. Avoided the better clubs so that is a big bonus.

MPH Posted 12 December 2016 Posted 12 December 2016 It IS winnable but it must also be said they have done very well in the Europa league and won it last couple of years and are only one point behind barcelona in the league so we really dont need to get carried away....

BoyJones Posted 12 December 2016 Posted 12 December 2016 We are doing Gatwick to Faro, including car hire £60 each for three of us. Faro is closer than Malaga and I dont trust Spanish / Portugese trains to run on time, after the Porto fiasco.

Renfe who run the Spanish railways don't have the timetable for those dates. (Or didn't when I went to look).
