I don't disagree but for me the drop off in Vardy's performance levels is particularly disappointing and I'm fed up with people making excuses from him. When we got promoted - even 18 months or a year ago - I'd have said it doesn't matter how many goals he scores, his contribution to the team shouldn't and couldn't be measured in those terms. Now he offers... nothing... and more than anything it's sad.
