bridport007 Posted 22 February 2017 Posted 22 February 2017 Nothing is going to ruin this moment for me ...even if we get humped. I feel blessed and envied by most of my mates for last season. I never ever thought I would see LCFC in the last 16 of the CL. COYF!!!!
Izzy Posted 22 February 2017 Posted 22 February 2017 I'm emotional. Never in all my years did I expect to see little old Leicester in the last 16 of the CL. Do us proud boys
ZeGuy Posted 22 February 2017 Posted 22 February 2017 Tomorrow is Carneval in Cologne. The citiy is going wild during almost a whole week. If we get battered I'll have enough time and beer to forget about it. Until Liverpool.

Fact is if another team had done what we did last season and the following season their fans were calling for the managers head we'd be calling the fans ungrateful &@£*s! Its different from when Chelsea underperformed last season, we were one of the favourites for the drop and we won the title by 10 points! What outsiders (even pundits) who don't follow Leicester as closely as we do don't see every week is how far things have fallen since last season. If teams had just wised up how to play against us and we were losing but our players were playing out of their skins and just being beat week in week out we'd think - okay we should have invested in new players but we kept faith with the players who won and they are trying their best ... then we'd hope to invest in January. Problem is in reality players haven't looked like they are putting in as much effort as last season and we bought one good player (Ndidi) and one defender who looked okay against league one opposition but then got injured and it's not enough to turn the season around. Our whole team needs a lift. Lets hope we get one tonight!
fazzyfox Posted 22 February 2017 Posted 22 February 2017 Referee Clement Turpin, I wonder what his nickname is, the same as most refs
