Tuna Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 ??? https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/3265069/16m-leicester-city-star-ahmed-musa-arrested-on-suspicion-of-beating-his-wife/ POLICE quizzed a Premier League star yesterday on suspicion of beating his wife. Nigerian international Ahmed Musa, a £16million forward with champions Leicester City, was nicked at his home at 1am. Neighbours said officers had spent two hours there. Ten hours later two plain-clothed women officers arrived at the £850,000 five-bedroom detached property in the city’s Countesthorpe area. It is believed they spent another two hours taking a statement from his wife Jamila, mum to Musa’s two young children Ahmed Jnr and Halima Police confirmed they held Musa, 24, on suspicion of common assault. Musa arrived at Leicester last July from CSKA Moscow, becoming at the time the Foxes record signing after their 5,000-1 fairytale Premier League title win. But he has struggled for form, starting only seven league games this season before manager Claudio Ranieri was fired as the side slumped.

There's something dodgy about him. Lots of politics and drama around Musa in the Nigerian NT too, being stripped of captaincy and then pressured into giving up vice-captaincy. Not seen Musa even once in the multiple selfie pics and videos Ndidi posted of the NT having fun together during the last international break. Ndidi may have to get a taxi to the airport for away games now, as Musa had been driving him there... hope this doesn't affect his form!
foxfanazer Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Finally an excuse to get rid of him. For nothing if we have to
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Wonder if Ahmed Jr lets the kids call him Ah-Ju
AKCJ Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Just now, Miquel The Work Geordie said: Ah-Ju Bless you.
linemakers Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Owners won't want him to play for us again (not that he's good enough) after this. Sold in the summer
STUHILL Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 I'm suspicious of any article that says '...was nicked'. I blame Danny.
filbertstreet Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 stupid pillock, can't play football and a shite role model, get rid
VLC86 Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Bringing the citizens of Countesthorpe into disrepute. Sack him. (And definitely not because he is a pile of shit).
Tanya Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 He has the right to a presumption of innocence. I hope for him, his wife and their children this isn't what it looks like but we shall see. Up to the police now. Rest of the club doesn't need to deal with this rubbish though. If this looks legit I don't want him playing against Everton.
st albans fox Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Was rather hoping he would be bashing a couple, of goals in this Sunday - looks unlikely now
fazzyfox Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 I would say, "Yay, he's finally beaten someone" but it would be distasteful.
Spudulike Posted 5 April 2017 Author Posted 5 April 2017 Another opportunity for the press to knock us down. That humorous Moyes song doesn't seem so funny now.
los dedos Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 His instagram has a picture of who i assume is his wife wishing her happy birthday. It seems it was posted about the time of his arrest.
halfpipe Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Look at his Instagram post from 1am. Why would he be posting a happy birthday message to his wife whilst being nicked? Clickbait from The Sun IMO Edit: Beaten (sorry) to it
