Such an incredible atmosphere in prospect ... I just hope our team can help us maintain it to maximum effect. Will someone step up to be a hero? Gray perhaps or even Kingy. I just feel that one of our fringe players might make a difference. Or is that just the eternal hope of a condemned man? The referee put the rope round our neck in Madrid. But we can still hope the trapdoor fails or gets obstructed. And that people power somehow earns us a reprieve. Cos that's our biggest hope tonight - the relentless passion of the fans.

I just hope the lads give a good account of themselves and take the game to Atletico. None of them want to walk off the pitch thinking "could I have done more tonight?" Envious of everyone with a ticket tonight, it's probably going to be the best, certainly most prestigious, night match in the club's history! Scratch that first line, just thinking about tonight properly has me excited!

I'd imagine Vardy will be right up for this
