Steven Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Vardy. Uninspired a bit like Shakespeare himself. I am not sure that the last three results have done him any favours at all. This is a side that needs/will need some surgery and I am not sure the owner will feel that Shakespeare is the man to take the Club to the next level.
Vacamion Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Game of two halves. Season of two halves. Vardy robbed.
Aus Fox Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Really struggling to understand not putting on Wasyl for the last 5 mins or so.
UPinCarolina Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Good riddance to Bournemouth. Time for the summer* of our discontent
Beechey Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Not clinical enough, dropped points due to no video referee again.
Webbo Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Stream died again with 4 minutes to go, what a nightmare. I thought Vardy's second goal looked on to me.
Sir Shep Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Great C/L campaign slightly undermined by an appalling defence of our title, didn't expect to finish top 4 but thought we'd be a lot better than this!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Should have won, vardy was clearly onside... frustrating but we need to massively build if there is any hope of European football again
sheffield_fox Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Groundhog day. Great game spoiled by a bad decision. Vardy was onside. Cost us three positions in the league. Not good enough. Video technology please...
Nalis Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Champions League campaign aside its been such a nothing season overall. Guess we've been spoilt in the last 4 seasons!
Melbourne Fuchs Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 This Summer will be crucial. Never boring supporting Leicester, apart from the occasional 0-0 with Boro.
GeorgeTheFox Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Bit of a flat end to the season. Gutted not to get 10th (we were robbed by the linesman) and gutted not to see Wasyl. We're in for an interesting summer lads

On balance, if the owners did take that view I think they would probably be right. On the other hand, a new manager who is willing to come here is hard to see. The issue now is that this team needs a rebuild. And that means serious money will need to be spent if the owners are to fulfil their stated ambitions, and that, in turn, means sorting out recruitment once and for all.
HankMarvin Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Shame couldn't win, when the other results went our way. First 40 mins were embarrassing and hopefully not a glimpse to the future
FuchingKante Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Robbed by the ref once again, supposedly costing us £4 million in prize money. Oh well, we go again next season. Shame was didn't get on.
Soar Fox Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Poor from Shakespeare not bringing on Wasyl. The bloke deserved a good send off.
TJB-fox Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Just now, midland_red said: On balance, if the owners did take that view I think they would probably be right. We have a good squad, great owners, good fanbase, decent budget and are generally quite a decent sized club. It's not like we'll be going for Guardiola, Conte, Allegri etc.
Spicer Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Tbf to Shakespear, we were terrible in the first half, and he got us playing well in the second. Must of been a good team talk. We had an onside goal disallowed and Slimani missed a sitter, so we should of won.
Guest NGoloMode Posted 21 May 2017 Posted 21 May 2017 Mahrez played well. Chilwell is going to be a player and a half.
