Leicester City vs. Borussia Mönchengladbach

A bit of a dull half but we haven't been bad. Albrighton, Vardy, Ndidi & Maguire stand out. Oka has been poor I'd have Kelechi at half time.

Ndidi looks improved on the ball. The attack -- when we can actually get it from our backs to our MF -- is much more cohesive than last season, and it will be even more so when we have players like Iborra and Nacho on the pitch. But we either need Chilwell to play, or we need a CB to replace Wes like Ben Gibson. It is a glaring weakness that can be easily exploited by disciplined clubs like Athletico.

I think we looked the more likely side overall.

why dont they ever pass through the middle? Matty James was in loads of space centrally a few times but ignored

Was James playing?

They've carved us open a couple of times, which is worrying. Gray has been very poor. Okazaki is showing why he's important to the team.

Some dodgy moments there but we looked reasonable. Sure they bossed possession but that is our style - hit them on the break. We could easily have scored and got ahead.

Ndidi has been terrific, Albrighton and Vardy look sharp. Kasper class as always.

Looking forwards to seeing our new number 8 very soon!

I no its a friendly but if we want a good top half finish we need to bin morgon Simpson albrighton okazaki 1 thing tho can see maguire playing for England in the world cup next year hes better than stones

Wonder if I can get odds on Ndidi scoring 3 or more times from outside the box. or maybe 5 or more goals in the season. Loves a shot that man.

Can´t believe we´ve finally bought a defender that can pass, it´s beautiful.

Morgan and Simpson showcasing technical ability suited for non-league:dry:

decent.

Okazaki is a waste of a player on the pitch.

We need Vardy to convert to win games but Ndidi looked nice going forward and Maguire could be dangerous from set pieces.

Just hoping Iheanacho gets into a groove with Vardy as we're not dangerous enough in the box.

I'll be gutted if we sell Mahrez and think Gray is ready to replace him.

Maguire, Ndidi, Okazaki and Vardy have all been very good.

Dissapointed with Fuchs, Simpson and James though. Beaten too often and too easily.

- James and Ndidi working well together

- Okazaki always seems to bring out the best in Vardy

- We desperately need a RB who can perform a forward pass

- Maguire continues to impress

- Kasper a bit too erratic with the ball at his feet
