Leicester aren't backing out of the deal, but sadly it seems he'll have to wait until Jan to play. At least he'll have bedded in properly by then, still a snip at £22m considering the market. you and them twitter links of yours can find anything out!

I just think he's crazy to move to Oadby - I'd so be out in rural Leicestershire! I'm as tight as a ducks arse... that's a lot of money to chuck down the drain
Foxes1 Posted 8 September 2017 Posted 8 September 2017 Be interesting when Shakey does his pre-match press conference today when the media start asking him about Silva (and they will), lets hope someone from the recruitment team is there to answer the questions but I wouldn't bet on it.

No chance he will give anything away, he will say exactly what we already know, its gone to appeal, we did everything right we are awaiting a reply.

Depends on your situation, but I went from renting to buying and my outgoings dropped by a third despite having a nicer place and a repayment mortgage so I was paying less and a chunk of that went into equity on the property. Obvioulsy stamp duty and fees account for a portion of that. I also can't be evicted by a landlord who decides he wants to sell up. Adrien's a mug if you ask me, he should have bought Vardy's old pad.

Countryfox Posted 8 September 2017 Posted 8 September 2017 Just tuned in to see if we have him or not and read 20 posts on fookin houses in Oadby ... get a grip you lot !! ....

st albans fox Posted 8 September 2017 Posted 8 September 2017 This Leicester property valuation discussion is making me annoyed ........

They must have acted quick to allow the player some anonymity, they seem such a professional bunch.

I've owned 3 houses and sold them all and now have a place in the middle of nowhere which as a result has ridiculously low rent - far less than a mortgage on it would cost... I also may go live in a different country at some point so its swings and roundabouts depending on what you want.
