That's so wrong, when you go to appeal it's best to get all the evidence in at first so you can prove your case

I have some seafront property in Birmingham if you are interested?

Does anyone know if he's trained with the squad yet?

If he has then surely that's an indication whether we keep him or not regardless of this outcome.

And the award for the most stupid response to a post goes to your good self by quite a margin

Get back in your playground. If you really can't see how stupid your comparison is then you really are dense.

The fact we haven't appealed yet tells me we know we messed up and are desperately trying to find a case worth presenting

The Guidetti transfer didn't go to an appeal it was agreed after representations from the clubs involved and the Scottish Football Association. FIFA didn't convene a Dispute Resolution Chamber they approved the move after reviewing the circumstances of the transfer and the documentation. I imagine that we are still lobbying for them to do the same in this case before considering any formal appeal. FIFA have not, to my knowledge, issued a formal statement on the matter, I expect them to make one today, probably in our favour.

If they don't they're a.holes.

Do you really believe the media only?

Just because it's not been reported in the "Media" that we've appealed, doesn't mean we haven't. Jesus Christ lol

We have the full backing of the FA on this as well I believe.

FIFA is such a joke, while it's not an ideal situation for either us or Sporting both of us will cope with our squads if needed - the only person this whole situation actually directly affects is Adrien Silva - and that's not a good situation for him personally to be in, his future is completley unknown and no doubt causing him and his family stress now - but who cares about player welfare right? Obviously not the main football body in the world.

Surely the quickest, most effective - and best option would have been to allow the transfer and fine both clubs a small amount for being 14 seconds past the deadline (if it's really THAT much of an issue), instead we have a footballer unregistered from Sporting (so he can't play there now) - and a registration not accepted for us (so he can't play with us) so FIFA has punished the player through all of this, stupid wankers.

It's dreadful behaviour from the guys running Football, if I was Adrien Silva i'd be onto their HR department with my legal help in tow.

Amazing how FIFA manages to find new ways to damage its crediability on a regular basis.

How do we know they haven't appealed? Even if they haven't, it doesn't mean they won't as there will be a team of sports lawyers trawling through transfers to try and find evidence to help. On top of that they are probably also looking into what happens should any appeal fail with regards Silva... do we keep him, or can they send him back etc.

If we paid by PayPal it's possible we could open a 'dispute',  send him back and get a refund.

Silva yesterday took on a rental in Oadby for £5k a month. Leicester aren't backing out of the deal, but sadly it seems he'll have to wait until Jan to play. At least he'll have bedded in properly by then, still a snip at £22m considering the market.

This has probably been answered a million times but - is it just the Premier League he currently can't play in? Could he feature in the League Cup?

No, someone's Mrs works for Andrew Granger, she did the rental ageement with him.

At least she hasn't leaked any personal information, that would be pretty unprofessional.

It's sod all to him either- it's the equivalent of the average person paying £125 a month. Mental.

Probably because he can move into a rental tomorrow whereas buying could take months?

Oh Babs - lol

I've got friends in London paying that for a posh box - its really not that extravagant.

I just think he's crazy to move to Oadby - I'd so be out in rural Leicestershire!
