I thought we hadn't even appealed yet? Shakespeare claiming there's no update and then now this? Please be true, without him the next 4 months will be arsehole.

If true I'm pleased for the player more than anything, he could've been out of football for four months through no fault of his own. Having him and Iborra available will offer different and hopefully better options in the midfield.

I suspect that we didn't immediately appeal bc we found some traction with FIFA in the talks we were having. In any event, can only pray this is right. I admittedly don't know how reputable the Mirror is...?

If this is true then it's excellent news and vindicates the silence from the club. It's been a frustrating few weeks but seems they've gone about their business effectively behind the scenes.

Good evening Mr Rudkin

why would they bother to update Shakespeare if they had when he should be fully focussed on the game in hand, update him Monday morning is fine

I'm just querying how Shakespeare didn't know this evening but the media did. I'd also be surprised FIFA have agreed to anything late on a Saturday so either he's chosen to not say anything which is fair enough or this might not be true yet.

This would be just the tonic. After that shoddy display earlier I think we're crying out for him.

Please don't be bollocks.

I'm sure Shakespeare is up to date with this but he is never going to comment on it in an after-match interview.

We say it a lot but the mirror rarely get Leicester info wrong. Obviously got good connections

If the announcement isn't good enough to win an oscar after this then I'm out.

At least a 15 minute 'announce' promo video!
