Soon enough we will hear stories about how the paper used in the fax machine was to thick hence it took longer to be rolled through the rollers and scanner thereby taking longer to send and being 19.23445 seconds late on final completion time. If you're 14 seconds late and the bus is still there you can still get on it. This is a problem that can be sorted out with a smidgen of common sense, it's not like we've tried to get an advantage and a man's career is being suspended all because of FIFA being a jobsworth.
