Don't come  then ............ (or stop those you expect to boo from coming)

I'm not one to boo mate.

But I fully expect the bin heads to go ape shit when we've lost 2-1 after 90 mins of hoof.

I must admit, I've been a bit disappointed with Shakey.  When he came in I remember him saying "We are a much better team when we are on the front foot."  That was just what we needed after CR's negativity.  It seems he has retreated from that sadly.

That said, he is someone who has been with us through three different titles all the way along and someone who still deserves our respect so can we lay off the orange/fat boy insults please?

A bit like the great escape, attack was the best form of defence (although not all those wins last  Feb/march were due to unrelenting attacking intent )

bit we tried to start games going forward and that makes a hell of a difference

I expect 3 points!

I expect herpes, a continuation to my Baudelairian ennui, and the football equivalent of erectile dysfunction.

Stick to hand jobs for the next 4 months. For hand warts try rubbing a Gregg’s pasty on them.  Hopefully we get 3 points......

That kind of sums it up really.

With that midfield? As much as I'd love it, I don't think it will be the case.

I don't think we'll use them much. I think it will be the long ball thing to Mahrez and Vardy, but they'll be up for it.

Totally agree with you. I know it's not all about money, but we have  £70 million worth of strikers who can't get in the team!!! Nearly £80m if you count Ulloa. How many other teams outside the top 6 can say that. Astonishing really. We should be competitive with anyone with that kind of investment.

No other team has 5-6 out and out strikers, it's fcukin brainless. We have wasted so much money and stunted a number of careers to boot. There's a culture at this club that has a massive disregard for players who provide and create chances for our forwards. We should assume that buying 2 new strikers every season is enough to improve when you could have 10 out there with Kasper and fcuk all good would come of it.

It's October lads. Chill the fvck out and have a beer sandwich.

That`s what Hollowhead  said, and we ended up in League 1!!

I  will be going to the match on Monday with a West Brom season ticket mate of many years who, despite his England failure,  states that Woy is still held in very high regard by the West Brom faithful who were gutted when he went. The reason being that when he first came in they were in a mess. He firstly organised them and stopped the rot. He then, he claims, built on that foundation and got them playing decent football. Although mainly a 442 man he would change it when absolutly needed to good effect. Players listened to him and were happy and liked him. I'm not for one minute suggesting that we'd want him here, but what he actually is, is a proper manager. We haven't got one of those.

Had a beer, but I'm not in the least bit chilled, my friend.

So losing most of the games in August and September is ok, then? October turns into November and then December...at what point do we start to be concerned that our weird hoof ball isn't actually producing anything positive? Doesn't matter what month it is...we need to win games and have looked devoid of anything approaching form or confidence.

I want to be excited, inspired and enthused at the stadium, not frustrated, angry and bemused.

Yes, that was my point. Just think what we could have done with £80m, if we'd had a proper strategy. Investing in so many strikers with so little creativity in midfield to supply them is just insane.

Somewhat reminiscent of Newcastle when they went down a couple of seasons ago.
