A potentially bigger salary, plus a recent premier league title and UCL 1/4 finalists makes us a more attractive option. Plus we can see Everton's struggling without Lukaku whereas Leicester managed to keep a hold of its "star players"
st albans fox Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 He couldn’t work out how to get Everton to play a decent formation with the players at his disposal - no chance here !!
lgfualol Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 I'd have him. He would actually have decent strikers to play, not Shrek and 15 CAMs.
davieG Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 Everton's problems weren't simply down to not replacing Lukaka they were all over the place all over the pitch.
Adster Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 Great..right in time for our game against them on Sunday FFS.
AjcW Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 Duncan Ferguson Vs Michael Appleton on the touchline Sunday.....

filbertway Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 Find Koeman a horribly boring manager and seems like a properly sore loser. Hard pass.

Not a manager just sacked for being horrific and slated for trotting out slow predictable boring football that doesn't even get points. You mean the manager that, in his last 3 full Premier League seasons, finished 7th, 6th and 7th and was touted for the Barcelona job in the summer?
winteriscoming Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 Yes last 3 seasons finish 7th 6th and 7th. Get him in
m4DD0gg Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 Sigh we will have to pull out all the stops on Sunday to get anything from this.
Tielemans63 Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 He's got the sort of reputation and status that would attract the owners imho. I would put money on him getting an interview at least.

No but seriously, Kante is an irreplaceable player, but we still had the pleasure of seeing Leicester in 1/4 of the champions league without him. Everton on the other hand are struggling hard without the Belgian scoring machine

Something similar to his work at Southampton, a club that continually sold their best players and he continually had them playing great football.

They're not exactly going to magically pull two pacey wingers and a centre forward out of their arse by Sunday mate At worst they'll bring Mirallas back and stick Rooney up top with Vlasic on the other wing. Which although more threatening is still manageable
fox in the sox Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 They have had horrific start to this season but over the years he has been a very good manager. Looks like he may need a break though.

goose2010 Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 a lot are saying that Steve Walsh will be sacked as well, would you have them both??

Dont get me wrong i am hoping to get something because our performance on Saturday was cracking.

Quite well known that they didn't get on that well. Can't see why Walsh would want to come back now. Setup has changed a lot since he left.
