Barnes has played a season in league one. Half a season in Championship. And two FA cup matches for us. And he's 19. It may be worth giving him a chance...

Watching McGuire bring it out from the back and make the right pass every time is a joy to watch.

Beckenbaueresque at times...

Agree. That's how I describe him to non - Leicester fans that ask and why he has greater potential than Stones.

Why is 'local hero' Dan Amartey not playing?

:o

Because you've probably kidnapped him and locked him in your cellar.

I understand people’s concerns about a weakened team to be fair, after all we were really poor against Fleetwood. That said it’s great that the 11 chosen today have decided to show that they are capable players and goes to show how good a squad we have. For me though it’s not playing King and James in a 2 Man midfield that makes a difference, not a slight on either player but getting the team balance right today is key.

We were coming off the back of a very hectic schedule when we played Fleetwood and lot a couple of players going into it.

We've had a bit of a break since and part of the reason why we look a bit more energized today.

Pleasure to watch. Young team, well coached, playing some classy football.

Gray's feet are too quick for his brain and Barnes is trying a little too hard, but what a great set of young players we have on our hands.

Hope we keep it up second half.

Gray should fear for his place if Diabate can play on the left wing. He's been really quiet this game.

Diabate seems like Gray, but with the added bonus of having a brain and knowing when to pass. Gray is the biggest headless chicken I have seen in years. Honestly can't stand the way he plays.

Makes up for the first 135 minutes against Fleetwood. Attitude has been spot on, quality on the ball very good, quality of the goal excellent.

Hopefully we can add to it in the second half.

So, where is the guy who told us we're out and the other on who would have had a stronger side because FA Cup is more important?

Great first half some decent goals and some great performances !!

Barnes only Disapointment really Diabate looks decent but he does remind me a bit of Mahrez when he first came to the club !!

More of this second half please lads another 3 goals would be great just please don’t sit back on your heels and allow Posh to get back into the game !!

Don't necessarily mind Gray being a bit greedy here. I think it's quite natural that he wants to get on the score sheet and 3-0 in the first half probably allows him license to hold on to the ball a bit more.
