I read they were taking the Malaga bloke as head of recruitment so maybe it's as well as Macia as DoF.

 

I expect a turbulent year at West Ham. Then again that's their usual.

Two aspects to this story:

With Macia not confirmed as West Ham's DoF, what does it say about our current Director of Football when the Head of Recruitment seeks better opportunities elsewhere after less than two years in charge?

And did the club know about Macia's intentions to switch cities beforehand? Now I wonder whether the club still wants to continue working with a man who on average jumps ship every year or so...

If people are genuinely passing on what they are told from someone who would know what they were talking about, I have no problem with that and very much enjoy it. 

 

The ITK names being passed around as common knowledge hasn't changed in ages. Do your own due diligence.. After things have happened, decide which errors could have been due to changing circumstances, and which errors could only have come about by people making things up. 

 

Or don't bother and take everything you read at face value, but don't blanket insult everyone including those who are genuine.

I'm not one for bashing the "ITK's" although I do question the motivations of those who claim to be, when they clearly aren't.
