It is telling that the last two people we’ve employed as Head of Recruitment have been head hunted by Premier League clubs to be Director of Footballs, yet no one will touch our actual Director of Football.

He'll stay as long as he wants at the club, knowing that others understand that he's been at the club longer than others have and thus has gained internal respect due to this.

I am so confused. Has Macia left for West Ham or not?

 

If he has, we need a replacement, and fast. This is not the window for us to be ****ing about with recruitment structures.
