Really sick of hearing about unrest. F**k the lot of them if there is any truth in it.  Although, tis only rumour, so pinch of salt

They have failed in all kinds of systems and starting line ups lol no reason to get upset at any managerial decision

Need to back the manager until there is a real problem.   There isnt yet.  We have never looked as hopeless as we were under Ranieri's second season (although in his defence that would be a tough season for anyone), and Shakespeare brought nothing to the table.

I think people are forgetting just how bad we've been post title, pre-Puel

Newcastle at the weekend really felt like it killed the season for me.  Need to beat Burnley; draw or lose and thats final nail in the coffin.

Absolutely have to give Puel the reins for the summer and onwards, give him a proper chance

Probably the game, which can Prove how much the players want it!!

All this unrest malarky,if the players believe Puel is Holding them back,

then they should Prove their worth,by putting THEIR effort, commitment, incision, initiative

Into this "big" game and the Rest of the season...

No matter what the truths are,and how it cuts, its their careers on the line.

If they want to join the also Rans, and havent got it in them because of some infantile

belief, that they know better, its them Losing out,in strutting their stuff in Europe.

Its them that blow "their Chance", to add a European run on their CV.

Puels tactics might be wrong, but it aint him, not Passing the ball, neatly or quickly.

Not doing the basics right, not capable to show the basics in holding or controlling

the ball. I dont Blame any manager,When a team cant conjure up any shots at goal,

on home turf.

Aptidude, can be a Problem, but never attitude, not enough players in the box or not

making runs, over several games, thats the poverty of players not thinking or reacting,

within Individuali game-play. Any player creates his own CV and potential,at the Moment,

it seems our lot have forgot to write,or become lazy and want to blame it on the stationary.

Agree wholeheartedly.  Some of the dross we've been starting games with, lack of intensity and silly errors, all down to the players

Puel's post match comments confirm he isnt actually telling them to be dog-s**t for the first half until we concede a goal

Fuching player power again?  Don’t care who they are. I’d fuch them off. Obviously downed tools for Ranieri and wanted Shakey. Then downed tools for Shakey too. Ridiculous.

Just tell Kasper, its my way or the highway, son!  And as for Simpson and Wes, come the Summer, they can fvck off anyway.

Why is Kasper getting particular stick ?? Where is the evidence he is part of anything ??

I go... but i find our lack of creating chances very frustrating. ... only to hear claud saying we are playing with quality.

He needs to say "yes this isnt good enough we will be relentless in learning how to creat chances and you will see an improvement every week"

...thats leadership

how are you not a premier league manager

Pearson couldnt handle a team with our wages. Hence Belgian league 2 where players get a quid a week.

Best point on this entire thread. It's not 2014 anymore. Totally different dynamic.

Couple radio pundits came out basically saying he was behind the Ranieri revolt didn't they. Something about an unnamed player with a famous father. Also vice captain and clearly more vocal than Morgan.

Which is more or less what he said after the last game.

No evidence but he pisses me off. So arrogant. Whenever we concede he'll blame everybody else despite the fact he's made so many mistakes this season.

New goalkeeper needed for me.

Could have been our youth team player, Jimmy Humperdinck.

He will do as he's told if Puel thinks he's got an improvement. I can't see him being number 1 at any club above our position after the below par season he has had with us so it's either accept competition or lower your level.

Lets see if that happens. Personally I doubt it but I’m up for improving the squad though I just can’t see it in the foreseeable in relation to the goalkeeping situation.

Youre almost the walking cliche angry fan.

First of all, why have the last three managers managed to get the best out of the players, but in a short burst, before everything starts to revert to a tepid level? In fairness, Ranieri's burst was prolonged enough that something miraculous was achieved which will live in the memory forever. But then, it all goes flat again. And again with Shakespeare. And now again with Puel. Who are the constants in this scenario? the three managers, or the one group of players?

Your point about motivating and inspiring players. Who knows. I dont draw the conclusion that he isnt inspirational because he is French and quiet, which lets be honest, youre doing. So when you can all see he isnt inspirational, no we cant actually. Lots of fans are happy to give Puel time. He inspired Monaco to win a Ligue 1 and Lyon to reach a Champions League semi final, which aint bad for a duffer.

Your point about better players leaving. The one better player that will leave will be Mahrez. Definitely not Puel's fault. Mahrez has twice tried to orchestrate his own transfer away from Leicester, so it hardly seems fair to blame Puel for the actions of a player who has tried to force his own move out of Leicester. The other players, who knows. The club has to accept bids it feels are reasonable. thats why a wantaway player cant just up sticks and move, if his value isnt met.

Your comment about pressing, high tempo attacking football being the only way a side of lesser ability can win games is just completely wrong. Too many examples to mention. Notable ones would be Greece in the Euro's who relied on pure defensive organisation and resilience, Portugal in the Euro's who used similar tactics but the focal point of Ronaldo, the Chile side who won the Copa America under Sampaoli who at times played a 3-1-3-3 matrix formation no one had ever heard of, The Chelsea team who won the league last season playing a 3 at the back countering system and a focal point striker, the Inter Milan Catennacio team, the list could go on, and on, and on, and on.

And anyway, even if it was ALWAYS the best way to get results, what part of our style in the later Ranieri days, and then under Shakespeare, was attacking (??????) or was about pressing (??????) we were sitting deep, sucking teams onto us, and then trying to counter them.

We actually DID play with better style in Ranieri's early days like in the wins away at Swansea and Newcastle 3-0, Sunderland 4-2 at home, Stoke 3-0 at home with progression, passing, movement and skill.......and then we became a complete parody of "the Leicester way" by playing a tempo so fast as soon as a player received the ball it was like a grenade had landed at their feet, and by sitting further and further back.

Youve also done the walking cliche tactic of ignoring all the good performances and wins, and why wouldnt you, as it makes your non existent argument fail if you did point out weve been excellent in some games, and then used your own confirmation bias to assume we all hold your views.

Thank god we dont.

Ok so it’s not three managers it’s two.

Did you rate Shakespeare?

I didnt at all, yet his stats while manager are very similar to Puels; if you are happy with a manager with results Shakespearesque at OUR CLUB, IN THIS LEAGUE,IN THIS DAY AGE of then fine. It’s not for me though.

Ridiclous comment suggesting I meant that GAMES could not be won without tempo and pressing. We are talking about consistently winning matches. We are not talking about Greece who fluked half a dozen games.

I would venture not many games are won with slow tempo, passing on the half way line or deeper between midfielders and defenders ie, unincisive passing.

Or or do you wish to argue that point, and that this is the way forward?

Success years ago in the French league, or with ‘money bags Monaco’ means nothing as there is no comparison to what was required tactically there and then,  compared to the here and now despite your paragraph on the matter.

Not sure why you state

as if we don’t know, that we played some excellent attacking football when we won the league.

That proves my point; we attacked, we moved fast, pressed and played with pace and intent.

Totally the opposite of what Puel is dishing up now - again my point!

As as far ignoring the good performances; they were months ago, we have since regressed due to his negative, boring, out dated style of play. (AND IT IS NEGATIVE DESPITE POSSESSION STATS BEING HIGH)

‘Cliche angry fan’; no bored to death fan, unconvinced by passing the ball around our own half and still losing games.

I do not believe hes a good fit for people who want to be entertained when watching their club play, and to be entertained.

I would glady sacrifice points for being able to watch decent attacking football.

who it was on Monday's Guardian football weekly but one of the journo's on spoke with contempt about this story and about how the telling phrases about communication and team selection make it clear its someone whining because they aren't getting picked now and maybe haven't been told why.

When I heard that I immediately thought of Fuchs but any other suggestions?

But if it's a win on Saturday, many will then think Puel is the right man to take the club forward etc.

Fuchs doesn't seem the type to go moaning to the papers, he seems to be enjoying his free time making a billion promotional videos for his clothing line.

On the other hand.... I'm not saying it is him, but Gray has previously moaned to papers openly about not being picked...

I seem to remember Charlton, Stoke and West Brom fans saying exactly those same words when Curbishley and Pulis were in charge.

I wonder if they still think that same way now...?!?
