Only when the Transfers work out. If however, we sign a Turkey - then not his fault- apparently.

I'm going to presume joint effort, will be interesting If Puel has final say. But we'll definitely be putting forward a selection for him to pick from, or the recruitment team will push for certain players if they think it matches up with what he wants, especially when it's a great price.

yorkie1999 Posted 6 June 2018 Posted 6 June 2018 Bet he'll double his wages as well, maybe quadruple it seeing as they had a 50% wage drop for dropping down to the championship.

Sol thewall Bamba Posted 6 June 2018 Posted 6 June 2018 I just hope Wes doesn't get the old boys to kick up a fuss now he's finally being eased out of the team.

Something tells me that ship may have sailed. I think that they all recognize that the Old Guard are reaching the end of the line in many cases.

StanSP Posted 6 June 2018 Posted 6 June 2018 can't wait til we start with Morgan and Evans next season

They missed their chance last season as Puel was on the verge of being sacked. Now it's over. If Puel, who has been backed up by the board, gets Maddison, Evans and another winger there will be only Vardy and Schmeichel as last big mouths starters. Selling Mahrez would help us to definitely turn the page and rely on the whole team to produce something instead of one player. Excited for the next season.

I think the last death rattle of the OG was the pisstake at the end of last season. The Arsenal and Spurs performances were not flukes, IMO - that’s when they realized that the ship would sail on, with or without them. Edited 6 June 2018 by UPinCarolina
Bluearmyfox28 Posted 6 June 2018 Posted 6 June 2018 That amount of money will buy his experience in a young dressing room, let alone how he performs on the pitch. Absolute bargain. 3
