100% yes. He was only here one season and had such an incredible impact that it should never be forgotten. Watching him was a mixture of bafflement, hilarity and sheer joy. One of the best and most important players to wear a City shirt.

I feel sorry for him for leaving in all honesty. Congrats on winning the league with Chelsea but you're sort of expected to do that. Imagine what more he could have achieved at Leicester, at a club where the only expectation is that you turn up, wear the shirt with pride and never, ever give up. If he'd stayed we could have won the Champions League IMO.

Is the best player in the best side in our history a Leicester City legend? Gee, let me think.

Yep, we'll never have another like him.

Not even Ndidi, who has made more tackles than anyone else in the league so far this season?

Don't care. I loved the guy. He was vital, instrumental to the way we played. An essential part of something that was magical, almost surreal. To debate 'legend' seems almost an irrelevance.

Of course he is. As is everyone else who won the league, as others have said.

Sure, it wasn't great that he left immediately after, but he'd have never achieved that with us again anyway.

Won more leagues per minute played with us than with 'Champion Club' Chelsea!

To those Saying "no he was only here a season". Would you say Cambiasso is or isn't a legend?

Are you lost in the Mahrez thread? Swear he won PFA player of the year as well as player of the year that season.

Well it's obviously subjective isn't it? My opinions are my own, not the PFA's.

Certainly a legend in my eyes. Really believe we wouldn't have won the league wihout him. Vardy and Mahrez were our 'best' players that season, but NG was the most important.

*And whilst I love Wilf and think he'll go on to be very bloody good, I think comparing tackles alone does a massive disservice to Kante's use of the ball, people seem to have him down as a midfield destroyer as if tackling is the only string to his bow when his use of the ball and how he gets forward with it quickly are what sets him apart from so many other defensive midfielders.

He's absolutely world class.
